Our Geek Squad installed our newTV with quality precision and a smile. Very happy with how it was completed.

The agents got my new TV working quickly, as well as moved my existing one upstairs. One kind agent even came back the same day when I realized after he left that I needed a minor adjustment to the positioning of my new TV. Overall great, friendly service!

Delivery was on time and they synced with the devices and apps that I had, in and out in less than a half hour!

Our Technicians came a set up our new TV. They were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the set up.

The geek was great. His boss companion was hardly in the house and billed us for a step we didn't need nor was it performed

The people sent to hook up my tv's were polite and friendly. It did take another person to get my smart TV's hooked up to Wi Fi , but they were still great at what they did !

The Geek squad was terrific I am having a little difficulty with the attena in the living room and will probably need to have someone come back (I have 12 foot ceilings)

Geek Squad is absolutely Fantastic. The 2 guys that came were wonderful, professional, and So knowledgeable. One guy’s name was Ian- I don’t remember the other guy’s name but he was great too!! It was a nice experience!!!! Really impressed!!!

Franklin was well prepared, well equipped, thorough, courteous and a role model for GEEKS everywhere. My wife is threatening to break stuff and demand that we replace it with something from the Geek Squad.

I needed the whole install package as I an oldie and very tech challenged. These guys were awesome. Hooked up to my stereo system plus the sound bar and even made a return visit the following day as I didn't understand something. Simple solution but not for an old dude.

Nick and his helper came to setup the sound bar and woofer. They both were awesome, so friendly answered any questions. We were so pleased to have such a great team to come and help us thank you guys!!

Geek squad replaced previous defective tv under warranty. Did very good job, as usual. Am keeping my fingers crossed that no problems arise with the newest one.

The agents were excellent. I think it was Jennifer F that did the majority of the hook-up. I was extremely pleased with her and her partner's work.

When the guys came to my house they had to install the speakers into the ceiling for a 7.1 surround system and did a great job making sure wires were not exposed. They also did a good job mounting my 75" TV to the wall and once again making sure no wires were exposed. They were quick, knew their job and were polite.
