The two gentlemen who delivered and set up our TV were very professional, efficient and we are very pleased. One was named Jose and we do not know the other's name. Thank you both for a job well done.

The delivery men were fine with the delivery,my only complaint is the crew leader couldn’t speak or understand English very well,also this delivery was done by a third party,not Geek Squad.

I had the Geek Squad install a new TV in my daughter's apartment after Christmas and the technician was terrific. He contacted me when leaving the BB store and I met him at the apartment. He connected the TV, made some adjustments, reviewed the remote with us and answered all our questions. 5 stars for Cedric!

the squad hook me up tied in my sound system in no time and gave me a quick review and i'm off and running.

I had to get another Samsung 65" tv as I received a lemon. Both installations went well.

Great size but my tv table was too small for.this tv. I like the.screen size but I.had to return to the.store . I.gave the sales manager the.dimensions of.my table but it was still not the.right.size. Geek squad had to come back.twice.

They came in and hooked up our outside speakers to our CD player which we hadn't used for many years.

My TV was delivered by 2 great tech guys. I had a large TV that didn't work, which is why I bought a new one, and they took it away for me. I didn't have to do a thing. The TV was hooked up and synced up with my wi fi and cable. It was a very professional and friendly experience.

The agent was on time, he was patient with all my questions and did all he had to do in a very short period of time. I am always impressed with the services of the people who work at Best Buy.

I am not electronics minded, but the Geek Squad always comes through. They delivered and set up our new TV, and made sure I knew how to use it. They also handled the interface with our cable and streaming services, and made sure I could navigate all that, so we were ready to go. Thanks, gang!

The agents replaced a 10 year Hitachi (yes Hitachi!!!) and a vintage sound system with a %% inch Samsung and soundbar They were efficient and kept me informed every step of the way They made sure I was comfortable and could use the new equipment I could not be more pleased

The Geek squad was terrific I am having a little difficulty with the attena in the living room and will probably need to have someone come back (I have 12 foot ceilings)

The squad came on time and setup my tv quickly and efficiently. Made sure all elements worked properly and were hooked up and that I knew remote buttons. Removed older model from home.

The people sent to hook up my tv's were polite and friendly. It did take another person to get my smart TV's hooked up to Wi Fi , but they were still great at what they did !

The install and set up of my new TV was so fast and easy with Best Buy geek squad. They also removed my old which was a huge help. I would highly recommend them for the price as it was so worth it. Thank you for the great job.
