Setup our new Neo QLED that replaced our 46" Samsung and were in & out in less than 30 minutes. They seemed to be in a big hurry was our only negative, but they did a good job unpacking and setup where the old one was.

The Geek Squad were outstanding, they even helped setting up the audio system as well.

This was a great TV. I upgraded to a 65". The GS did an outstanding job at delivery, installation, and instruction. It's my first "smart" TV, so I needed a little coaching. Having the GS was a smart move! I would have them again.

The agent set up my TV and make sure I understood how to operate my remote. He was also very patient with me.

The Geek Squad tech, John, was outstanding. He was completely knowledgeable about all the devices that we wanted him to hook up in addition to the new TV that he brought over in this delivery. He also gave us great advice about future options to get other devices to replace the obsolete devices that we had.

Adam and Pete were on time, setup efficiently and reviewed the warranty on the product and installation. They demonstrated how to change between tv and av components which were attached and left their business cards in case there were questions.

We were very pleased with the gentleman that came and set up our TV, he was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions.

Came on time, set all the controls, set up my streaming service apps and showed how to use the remote.

Keith and Guy came to replace the light in my microwave/oven combo today. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Had no idea what was involved in replacing the microwave light. We were very happy with their service. Thank You.

The young man was outstanding! Tan new cable from my home to the outside main box. Changed out the indoor box too. Everything works great!

Agents removed last TV, installed new. Hooked up all appliances. Adjusted Sound Bar and sound to reduce bass which hinders our ability to understand words. Also reduced background sound for better word recognition.

They came earlier than expected which was good as I was preparing to go on a trip the next day. The process went smooth with no hiccups and the installer did a great job in demonstrating how to use the new technology and answering any question I may have had.
