The workers were great. Everything took about a half hour. Setup went great.

Technicians arrived earlier at a more convenient time. They worked quickly and thoroughly in setting up. Explanations of equipment and answers to all questions were exceptional. Marc was terrific.

The squad reconfirmed connections on my new 55" flat screen TV with the new Echo Dot and my existing TV and audio equipment. On time, efficient, informative and very helpful.

Richard figured out why there was no sound from the Blu-ray player thru the HDMI connection, a mystery that stymied many of us in the month since the TV set up. Turns out with some systems you have to turn off the Input Signal Plus setting.

Was apprehensive initially because the Geek Squad could not come out to install our TV onto a Stone Fireplace . But within 15-20 minutes I could tell the father and son installers from Greenville knew what they were doing and put my mind to ease . Great overall job . Highly recommend them .

Not only mounted but set up my TV and showed me how to navigate my system.They were very informative and professional. Also wanted to make sure I understood what to do to get the best from my system. Cleaned up afterwards and took it with them.

Bought Sony TV and Sony soundbar. Came with alexa echo and universal remote. Got everything hooked up but needed Geek Squad to connect all devices to the remote. Could never have figured it out myself. Rob did a wonderful job and explained everything. Very professional!

Russell, DuShon and Sammy are the best TV installers with sound bar and BluRay DVD set up. They worked hard to overcome any small issues that came up. Sammy was exceptional. He went above and beyond for me. I'm so happy with my Geek Squad issues.

The agent sorted out my cable and devices (which were a mess) and walked me though how to use the device and to switch over to DVD or APPS, and was very thorough. Well worth the cost

The technician was extremely competent and was extremely professional . He fixed the problem I was having with the television in a matter of minutes. I thought it would be necessary to purchase anew one

I had a geek squad guy deliver my 55” Samsung 8500 a few weeks ago. Everything was going fine until he told me that my connector wires to my stereo speakers were not compatible with my new Samsung. I said ok can’t you go down to your truck and get the adapter and compatible wire set up and I can pay for the adapter and cable. He said I don’t have that in my truck. He told me to go back to the store and get that there. I was not happy about that because the whole reason why I payed the cost of a geek squad guy/gal to come is to set the whole thing up. I understand that people might have old equipment but don’t you think that Best Buy geek squad would have adapter’s and cables in there truck for such issues. I went back down to the store the next day explained to a sales guy my issue, had pictures of what I needed took it home set it up and the speakers did not work. Took back the adapter and cable for refund and still don’t have the stereo speakers set up. Very frustrating to say the least pay for a set up and not be completely satisfied. Waiting to hear back from Best Buy! Will keep you posted!!

The guys were great! Set my TV up in no time, went through the settings with me and hauled off all the packaging! What's not to like?
