The Geek Squad folks showed up a little late (not really a problem). Got the TV installed, cleaned up and took all the packaging away. They connected it to my wireless network, programmed it, and connected my Xfinity remote. They answered all questions and then left.

We had the Geek Squad install our new SUHD Samsung tv and hook up all the gaming, cable box, and tune in the tv and show us how to use the new tv along with the new sound bar they installed. They were terrific and we are so glad we had them do the work. Could not have been happier with their service from start to finish.

The agents setup the TV and attached all the cables and connected to the home wifi. The agents were good and quick, but it was over priced for the 15 to 20 minutes that they were here.

The Geek Squad set up the new TV including the remote and all. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

The Geek guys arrived on time, set up the tv, connected it to DVD player and Roku, and most of it accessible from my DISH remote. The guys were not only knowledgeable and competent, but they were friendly and speedy. They went above and beyond. I will be happy to use the GEEK SQUAD again.

The agents mounted both TVs expertly. We had planned only one wall installation but decided to do two. They had everything needed in their vehicle and were able to accommodate our needs on the spot.

Installation personnel were professional, curteous and fast. Got it going for me right away, explained all the features and did an exceptional job.

A third party vendor installed tv, not geek squad. He did not have orders to install new tv and take away old tv. Although he did install and remove the tvs, I was surprised that he did not receive the correct information for the visit. Why was I not notified that the Geek Squad was not doing the installation?

Fellows were ver nice. Answered all my question in a way I could understand.

Geek Squad's Derek and Michael really nailed this installation. They expertly removed an old plasma set, installed a wall mount and moved my existing 50 inch TV from the living room to an upstairs bedroom.

They installed our giant TV and gave us clear instructions about using unfamiliar devices. In addition, they had booties to cover their shoes (it was nasty out) which I greatly appreciated. They were quick and also clear in their instructions. We have been enjoying the TV set ever since.

your tech was extremely proficient and professional.......my only "knock"......he was a few minutes late......you gave me a 6 hr window, but he was late....however, like i said, he was very good once he got here.....

The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled, they were friendly and professional. They removed the old tv, installed and connected the new tv to our other components, set up the wifi. When finished they walked us through the operation of the remote and tv functions, very happy with the service

We can't say enough about Mike and his crew on Geek Squad. In fact they were so good I'm ready to purchase another TV because they made it so stress free and I was able to call and get further clarification.
