After my move-in, Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall, installing the bracket and sound bar bracket. I got instructions how to work it. This was before my Frontier Fios was installed and the TV actually worked. When I finally got the TV cabinet to hold the components, I took one look at the criss-cross and jumble of cables the FIOS guy left and knew I needed help. My rep came and had this done quickly and correctly. Yet, he took his time to ensure it was done properly and neatly. Topi also explained what he'd done and why he felt the modem should stay outside the cabinet doors (better wifi signal). What took him about 30 minutes would have taken me hours, tears, and much frustration--and then I would still have had to pay someone to do this. Worth. Every. Penny.

They were very professional. Set up both 32 Smart TV's quickly and easily. They took the time to answer all our questions, and thoroughly reviewed functionality with us. They were a joy to have in the home.

Everything works great after the SQUAD set up the TV, DVD PLAYER and my NEW HEADPHONES.

I would highly recommend my TV installer. He did a great job hanging my TV on the wall and all wires are hidden. The installation was the only good part of this TV buying process. The best buy store did not give the necessary parts needed, to my installation guy. He had to leave without installing my TV because of not having the parts. I had to wait 7 more days before I could get the TV installed

NICHOLAS REMOVED OLD TV, INSTALLED OUR NEW TV AND SOUND BOX, AND MADE SURE WE KNEW HOW TO OPERATE EVERYTHING, SUCH AS SELECTING AND/OR RECORDING PROGRAMS, PLAYING DVD’S, ADJUSTING SOUND QUALITY, ETC.

Set Up Team arrived in a timely fashion, went straight to work and had everything in place and working within a half hour. I really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

the agents listened to us to see what we needed and they did what was needed. The next thing was to explain how everything worked. They spent some time with us explaining everything. We would recommend these agent very highly. That covers it and I hope this makes 50 words for you.

The tech was very professional & knowledgeable, & had the unit set up quickly. Demonstrated the remote unit & television features. Also set up my network connection & Amazon & Netflix accounts. Definetly worth the cost.

I’m so happy I let the Geek Squad set up my TV, set top box, DVR. They were fast and efficient. I wish we had spent a bit more time going over features.

This was an LG 82” TV - It is very large and about 100 pounds. They delivered it, unboxed it, put the legs on, and connected it as I wished. I also pad to have them move the old TV to the garage. The installer then set up the TV, programmed it and went over with me the operation of the TV. They wore masks (as did my wife and I) and hauled away the box and packing materials. Especially given the size of this TV I felt that the installation service was well worth it. The installers were very polite and professional. The main Geek Squad guy was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would certainly use this service again!

Installer’s came saw and kicked butt !!Total tech agent Christopher called and gave me a specific time he would arrive. Agent arrived on time with protective gear. He evaluated the what had to be done in a timely manner. At the end of the project agent Chris then explained to me the in’s & out’s of what he done. What buttons to press to keep stuff running smooth. Agent then played a brief sample video on my entertainment system and it was so swell.Sound effects to another level !!! Finally, I would recommend total tech !!!

I purchased my 65” Sony Smart TV at Best Buy as they offered delivery and set-up with purchase. Upon making my purchase I was informed that since I had a Geek Squad membership, the delivery would be free. They arrived on time, and were done setting up my TV in about 15 minutes. Since I am older, I asked the girl to walk me through navigating the remote which she kindly did. She also offered her number for me to call with any questions or concerns. I called the next day, and she promptly answered and handled my problem in seconds! Highly recommend Geek Squad!

The Best Buy Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job setting up three TVs and two audio receivers for me. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Everything works fine.

The Geek Squad arrived ahead of schedule (after confirming I was home and okay with early arrival), got right to work and had my TV set up quickly. They walked me through the remote and set up. They didn't hurry out, stayed to be sure I was comfortable with everything and followed up later to ask if I more questions. You can't beat this great service!

I had an oldy but a goody TV set that was obviously going downhill for awhile. I was not looking forward to switching to a smart TV that is connected to the internet and would need to be set up in my network. The Geek squad did all this for me and the fellow walked me through how to work the internet connection. I am not a pro yet switching from roku to regular TV, but I am learning slowly all the advantages of being up to date with the times. Picture is very clear and I find myself taking advantage of the movie selections to watch them on the big screen rather than my computer monitor. Could not have been easier thanks to the help of professsionals(not that they were needed). Well worth the extra setup charge in my mind to make sure the connections were done properly.

Cody Stanley and the other guy that came with him were very respectful, nice and friendly. Even though we had already connected the soundbar they both answered all of our questions and were both very patient. About a week later we had another question and did what Cody recommended and he even called us back later to see if all was working well. This is great customer service on his part and we appreciate them. Thank you,
