the agents listened to us to see what we needed and they did what was needed. The next thing was to explain how everything worked. They spent some time with us explaining everything. We would recommend these agent very highly. That covers it and I hope this makes 50 words for you.

Arrived timely, did the job quickly, set everything up, and hauled away OLD picture tube TV. Kind of expensive if just getting the set up, but with haul away then the price was okay.

The technician was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. He also did not seem in a hurry to leave…..but rather took his time to explain all the features of our new tv.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad's free TV installation service. They arrived right on time and did a very good job. The team carefully measured everything to ensure the TV fit perfectly in the living room. They also made sure the TV was working properly and updated with the latest software. What I really appreciated was that they cleaned up everything afterward—taking all the boxes and styrofoam with them—so there was no mess left behind. Overall, a smooth and professional service. Jose did fabulous job of fixing my 75 inch Sony tv sound problem. He took a problem that had Dish and others shaking their head. He even fixed a language problem that he had not seen before. It took a lot of ingenuity on his part to fix a Spanish language intrusion problem that had a lot of others shaking their head and saying they didn't know. He took the problem one at a time and got it done. I admired his professionalism and CAN DO attitude. He made every penny spent on GEEK Services seem a hell of an investment

the agent couldn't've been more accommodating. she was polite, friendly and very helpful, she did her job in a short amount of time, the holder we had for past TV just needed to have old one removed and the new one installed. she showed us how to use it and set everything up for us. one of the best installers we've ever encountered. definitely a point in your favor, won't hesitate to shop with you company for future needs.

When my wife and I purchased a new television for our living room we wanted our previous television relocated to or family room and a new surround sound receiver installed there as well along with a Harmony remote. I can’t say enough about the quality of the Geek Squad experience. They relocated the television and installed the new receiver as well as programmed the new remote. They reconfigured all the tangled mess of cables and wires that had accumulated over the years. When they completed the set up we now have an organized, efficient and flawlessly operating theater set up. They truly are the best part of the Best Buy experience.

The team that delivered and setup my new Samsung TV were great. They unboxed, setup, programmed the TV and linked my Samsung soundbar. Answered all my questions and removed all packaging materials. It was great. Would highly recommend using the install service over trying do it yourself.

I have depended on Geek Squad for most of my tech needs from simple WifFi, to TV & Sonos integration, mesh networks and now two OLED installations one of which was more than complex.Geek squad has always been great. The installs were professionally done in a very reasonable amount of time and the te team made certain that we understood how to access the internet based stream service that they integrated into out new TV's. Even though this was not the Geek Squad, the subcontractor used was excellent. They were in and out quickly, but took the time to explain the device and operation of the remote - as well as ensuring it was set up correctly before leaving, Great job!!

The guys that set up my TV were amazing. The first TV that came was defective they filed the claim and got the new one on order for me and when it was ready the same 2 gentlemen came and set it up for me it was amazing more than happy with the service the cleanup the setup everything was perfect!

This was early christmas present for my daughter...she had tv unboxed prior to appointment...geek squad completed hookup she had started...very quick setup...well worth service in case she would have had difficulties

David, the person who set this up, was very comprehensive in his demonstration to me. He explained it thoroughly in ways that I could understand. Well I do have a master's degree, I am 80 years old and not that tech savvy with this kind of application. The installation was very pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable.
