    The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad who came to set up my TV were awesome and they provided the best customer service. They were very patient answering all my questions which I appreciated. It was a great experience because of them.

    The agents were prompt and courteous. They installed my television and made all the necessary connections. They took the time to go over the set-up and answered all my operational questions.

    I purchased my TV & paid for installation to take place the upcoming Saturday morning between 8-noon; no problem at the point of sale. But Friday night at 5:30, I got an email confirming my installation would take place Tuesday between 8-noon! The store from which I made the purchase did not pick up the telephone after 20 minutes on hold, & the 800-number dumped me to the 3rd party vendor which coordinates installations (located in far-off Buffalo). The manager in Buffalo was outstanding & tried hard to reschedule the installation for Saturday, but was unable to arrange for installation of the new TV & removal of the old one. I sent an email to the store of purchase Friday night before 9 & another on Saturday morning at 11:30. I finally got a call back from the person who sold me the TV at 1:30, spoke with his manager thereafter, & spoke to the store manager after that. These people were dismal. I told each of them - and firmly believe - they have a practice of scheduling weekend deliveries & installations, then reneging on them at the 18th hour & rescheduling for a less favorable day of the week. I understand that people call out sick, but calling out Friday night at 5:30 for an 8:00 a.m. Saturday delivery (with only someone in Buffalo taking calls & trying to coordinate alternatives in Boston within 14 hours on a Saturday) is a tall order to fill, & warrants more than the responses I got from the store management. That said, when the installation person showed up with the TV, he did a great job (the company has to use the 3rd party vendor to send out licensed electricians, not just Geek Squad technicians, since there may be rewiring necessary). Also the company eventually removed the delivery & installation charge from my bill. But this only came after extremely frustrating & tiring conversations with 3 different people from the store I bought the TV from, all of whom refused my reasonable request to have the charges waived. The store had several other negative reviews on its Facebook page from the 6 months prior, focusing on similarly dreadful customer service issues. I wish I had seen them sooner.

    i am unable to focus on the use of this product due to this is for my rental unit the previous dryer Amana electric barley lasted for two years i purchase all my appliances from Best Buy purchased recently also a Samsung T V and a Whirlpool ice box thank you

    The agent sorted out my cable and devices (which were a mess) and walked me though how to use the device and to switch over to DVD or APPS, and was very thorough. Well worth the cost

    We recently had new flooring installed which required the disconnect of a 55" rear screen projector TV (18yrs old) an several add on electronic components. I contacted Geek Squad when it was time to reconnect eveything. The agent quickly moved through tthe reconnection and all components and the TV work great.

    The 2 men that came to drop off and hook up my TV were awesome! They took time with me to answer questions I had and didn't rush me. They explained how the remote works and other little tricks of the trade. I really appreciated all their help. They did a wonderful job representing Best Buy.
