They were so helpful with helping level out my tv stand and the TV. They were friendly professional and quick.

I've never used the Geek Squad. I needed help handling the large 4k UHD 65" TV to get in place safely. Then they installed it, set it up in the menus and remotes, 2nd remote for Smart TV. Patiently and explaining and answering my questions along the way. Glad I used the Geek Squad. Very impressed!

Purchased a new larger screen television for a Christmas gift for us, when it was delivered it would not sit on the current stand we had. We decided to have it wall mounted they mounted it centered width and height on the wall. Looks great very happy with it.

The two Geek Squad representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. They set the tv, explained how to use and made a suggestion on how to boost my wi-fi. They cleaned up and removed the boxing material upon leaving. This was the 2nd time that they had been to my house and I would highly recommend them!

The installers did a great job setting up the TV and wall mount. I had hoped they would set up my interface to various web services and the iPhone but I mostly got the rest of the setup done okay. I am going to see if the Geek Squad can help me with the web services and iPhone connection.

I am very happy with the agent that hung the wall brackets for new TVs. He also asked for my input on where I wanted them, & checked to make sure I was satisfied with the job he had done.

The installer did a great job with my new TV. Very pleased.

Katheryn was the best!!! She helped with patience in providing excellent customer service. Kathryn was so kind after repairing my tv, she even placed it in my vehicle. I was very impressed by her technology skills and professionalism.

The Geek Squad had to come back out to deliver my mom's TV after a third party came very late, was unable to hook it up properly and was useless. The Geek Squad was prompt, conscientious of pandemic, professional and courteous to my 81 year old mom.

Great service from Geek Squad. They kept me informed of their arrival time. They explained how to navigate and cleaned up nicely.

The geek crew assembled the TV stand, mounted the 55" Sony on it, connected the Blue Ray player and Denon amp to the new Sony and every worked the FIRST time when turned on!!!! The crew did a great job and also tutored us on how every thing worked. Fantastic!

Setup our new Neo QLED that replaced our 46" Samsung and were in & out in less than 30 minutes. They seemed to be in a big hurry was our only negative, but they did a good job unpacking and setup where the old one was.

Installation personnel were professional, curteous and fast. Got it going for me right away, explained all the features and did an exceptional job.

The Installer contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment, as well as the day of...well within the four-hour appointment window. He also followed up with me to ensure all was good to go. I have never experienced that kind of attention to the customer experience. Great service!

This is my second time using the setup team. I was thinking that I would get the same crew members but I was sent a very nice crew this time as well. I would say these guys did a quick but very good job. Setup was on time. It didn't take them long at all. Customer service was on point.

Technicians did a very satisfactory job of set up with new television, also recommended new surge protector - explained how previous one was no longer providing surge protection. Did not try to upsell any additional equipment, and explained functions of television and remote. They were very polite.

The Agents connected my CD player, cable box the receiver I had, had a short in it. They actually went to the store and brought back a new receiver and completed the set up for me

The 2 32" TV that I brought home with me were set up to my satisfaction and my questions were answered. However, I was supposed to have my 43" TV delivered and set up. I was told the truck was delayed and TV was not available. I did not receive the $3" for another 12 days.
