    1st appointment on Sept 23rd between 3 & 5 was no show. I had call to find out if he was still coming and told he was. then called after no one came and finally told at 620pm he was not coming and schedule for next day.

    My TV was delivered and set up by a third-party vendor. After 2-3 days, I started having connectivity issues. So I asked for a follow up visit to see what was wrong. Again, it was a third-party vendor. They corrected the connectivity issues, but turning on the TV involved using 2 remotes. So I thought I would check to make sure my DVD and Blue - Ray players worked and they did not. I went back to Best Buy and expressed my concerns, and they were very helpful. I requested not to have the Third-party come back, but a Geek Squad rep. They assigned me A Geek Squad rep, who I know set up other TV's for us. He was here today, reconfigured everything and has everything working. He also told me what he did and took the time to explain how to use the new configuration for the TV's, DVD and Blue-ray. My 2 star rating is because it took 3 visits to get my new TV set up properly. My Geek Squad rep gave me his card, told me to contact him if there is any questions or issues. The Third-party vendor told me to call Best Buy if something wasn't right

    The agent arrived promptly and resolved my issue very quickly. He then spent time making some tweaks and adjustments to the system to make it more kid friendly for my family.

    Mounted my 75" TV on the wall quickly and perfectly! Even if I had a second person to help me do it by myself, these guys are so good and so reasonably priced that having them do the mounting is well worth it. Getting it out of the box, mounted and all packaging whisked away was awesome!

    William was wonderful setting up and explaining how to use my new TV. He connected all the devices that were available and showed me how to use them.

    The set was installed in a senior living facility for my step-father. I was not able to be there when it was delivered. The young man stayed in contact with me and did a wonderful, thoughtful job. He even contacted me when he had finished to let me know all went well.

    The Geek Squad delivered and installed a 55" Sony OLED and helped me with questions I had about the sound system I had previously purchased. The agent was very helpful and removed the old TV. Well worth the extra money.

    My 65 inch TV couldn’t be fixed so I was refunded and got another one that was upgraded. I had a 5 year warranty and I got a new 5 warranty on my new one. I love Best Buy they always fix the problem.

    Geek Squad hooked up my new receiver that's connected to my TV. They installed my new Blue-ray player. The also hooked up new computer speakers. Both jobs had some problems they had to overcome and the effort they put in to solve them was superb.
