Had two Geek Squad installers come out to my house and they hung my TV on the wall. The bracket I originally bought did not work. Luckily they had another one on hand and were able to finish the job without any delay. I highly recommend GS service. They also followed up and asked how I was liking the install. Very professional!

I am very happy with the agent that hung the wall brackets for new TVs. He also asked for my input on where I wanted them, & checked to make sure I was satisfied with the job he had done.

Very professional and quick Setup I bought a Sony 65 inch 4K TV and they connected it to a Sony Blu-ray player it’s a great home theater professionally done and showed me all the functions on how to use the TV and Blu-ray player and also set up the apps on the streaming TV and tested everything

Yes, it is easy to do it yourself, but with it being delivered, it was well worth the purchase to have the install done. In and out, everything looks great, and no big box to have to dispose of. Very happy.

Geek Squad is absolutely Fantastic. The 2 guys that came were wonderful, professional, and So knowledgeable. One guy’s name was Ian- I don’t remember the other guy’s name but he was great too!! It was a nice experience!!!! Really impressed!!!

The agents installed my Samsung 50" TV and were very helpful and knowledgeable. The TV has a great picture and good sound.

The young man that came and installed our 55 inch television was very knowledgeable. After installing the tv, he stayed and went over all the features with my wife and me and was in no hurry to leave. That service wasn’t free but, to me, it was worth every penny. It saved me probably much frustration.

The delivery/install guys were great. Very friendly and they had it setup in no time! Definitely would recommend them for a fast and effortless install!

tv was set upin the eveneing but no offer of instruction-- they were in and out very fast. The 2 guys did not ask if I needed instruction,etc. I am still trying to figure out the right sequence to use to turn on and off and sequence to use to tune to the right channel??? First time I've head an

The rep called at 9am and said he would be there in about 20 minutes and was ringing my doorbell at 9:23am. The rep really knew the product, and quickly assembled and set everything up, including matching the TV to my Uverse remote. Nothing could have been better.

The agent was wonderful did great job he show me a lot more than I expected wonderful service and he was really nice and helpful.

The 2 32" TV that I brought home with me were set up to my satisfaction and my questions were answered. However, I was supposed to have my 43" TV delivered and set up. I was told the truck was delayed and TV was not available. I did not receive the $3" for another 12 days.

The agents got my new TV working quickly, as well as moved my existing one upstairs. One kind agent even came back the same day when I realized after he left that I needed a minor adjustment to the positioning of my new TV. Overall great, friendly service!

The tv was set up, useful and I was shown how to use the remote before the tech left. He was on time, quickly in and out, respectful of me and my home.

I am so happy with Geek Squad services. I am not electronically inclined. The technician set up my TV, connected my Internet, sound bar and Blu-ray player. And if that was not enough, he taught me how to navigate through all of it. He was punctual, curtious and very patient with me. I highly recommend their services,

So happy we had the Geek Squad install our TV. It was quick and the overview of getting started was excellent by our installer! I was also impressed when the installer gave me his business card and suggested I call if I had any further questions!!!
