The tv was set up, useful and I was shown how to use the remote before the tech left. He was on time, quickly in and out, respectful of me and my home.

The agent installed my new HD tv to my cable set top box. I was very pleased with his work. He was also very helpful answering all my questions. He was excellent.

TV was already mounted. Tech explained boxes, various streaming devices and showed me how to use the tv not having either of those things. Returned equipment I didn’t need to Best Buy. Professional, patient and personable.

It was outside contractors that came and tried to fix our speaker hookup but weren’t able to. They refused to do anything else except that one problem stating they are individual contractors, not the geek squad, so they only address the main problem and nothing else. Had to call “geek squad” to come out again.

They did a good job, but you have to insist that they show you all the aspects of the equipment.

Javier rremoved our prior TV, installed and setup the new TV including connecting to our sound bar.

My TV was mounted in the bathroom and connected to the wireless receiver. Geek Squad did it well. I note that we have had a power outage since then and I do not know how to restart the receiver that is taped to the back of the TV. Help.

The agents came and installed the TV and connected other devices efficiently.

Conner and Kevin brought our first T.V. which had a factory defect and helped us in getting a replacement. They come back and set our new one up. I just want to say they were two of the friendliness, kindest, professional installers I have ever met.

Smart TVs have become too smart for me to adjust my self. I tend to try to fix something and then when it doesn't work like I thought it would I can't get back to where I made the adjustment....

Two Geek Squad reps came to install our tv and sound bar. They did a great job, explained everything and answered all our questions. They were respectful of social distancing and considerate of our concerns. Overall it was an excellent experience.

They came in and hooked up our outside speakers to our CD player which we hadn't used for many years.

A very good delivery and setup. The delivery was was on time not at the last minute of the window.The delivery personnel were professional and knowledgeable.Were very thorough in their explainations of the TV functions.

They were very accommodating! Surprisingly so! The new TV had a different stand and the legs did not fit the cabinet. Between us we tried different pieces of furniture! It is on a cedar chest until I can get a better cabinet! They were very patient and helpful.
