The agents that came to the house did a excellent job from confirming the appointment, narrowing down the time frame, and taking the time to answer any questions we had.

Richard figured out why there was no sound from the Blu-ray player thru the HDMI connection, a mystery that stymied many of us in the month since the TV set up. Turns out with some systems you have to turn off the Input Signal Plus setting.

Very professional and knowledgeable service crew came to install my new TV and set everything up and provided clear operating instructions and answered all of my questions.

Agents ignored me setting up the TV Expectations for mote personal experience

I needed the whole install package as I an oldie and very tech challenged. These guys were awesome. Hooked up to my stereo system plus the sound bar and even made a return visit the following day as I didn't understand something. Simple solution but not for an old dude.

The Geek Squad was beyond amazing!!!! Should have called them sooner than I did and not attempt to do myself!!!

Technician was good at installation however did not fully explain all the features of the set and how to use them - was a little disappointed in the service -

Geek Squad Service was awesome! Hooked up the tv, DVD player, sound bar and our cable tv box and showed me how to use the plethora of remotes! Even took away the boatload of boxes! I would recommend Geek Squad service to my friends.
