    Geek Squad was outstanding.

    The agents called before they arrived. They worked quickly and neatly. They tested the TV and DVD player to make sure that all was working. They gave me a telephone number to call if I had any questions or problems.

    Geek Squad Service is a definite plus for me as I am not as technology savvy as I would like to be. These skilled squad members make quick and efficient work of their installations.

    Corey and Kevin did a great job installing my new Vizio TV. Corey called me before they arrived and they got to my house exactly on time. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m very glad I signed up for the Geek Squad!

    I purchased a brand new smart TV. Upon set up, I was unable to connect to my home WiFi. I assumed it was operator error and after 10 attempts, called it quits. Geek Squad came out and confirmed the brand new smart TV was bad and the problem was not operator error.

    Choosing to purchase the delivery and set-up Buy Geek Squad for my new Insignia Roku Smart TV was a very wise decision. He graciously took his time to explain to me twice over how to work the remote and explained some of the apps and show me how to save them and make them my favorites.

    There was one tech that came to put the tv mount up and when it came time to hang the TV another tech showed up to assist. It was great and efficient team work. They mounded it once and perfectly.

    GeekSquad installed my LG BluRay DVD.

    The agents replaced my BluRay DVD with a new LG BluRay. I appreciate that they were able to fit it in with my other home theater components. Plus, they made sure I was connected up with my WiFi and Internet. Great job as usual.

    I called Total Tech Support to come out to install a sound bar and blue ray player. He did a great job connecting them to the TV. He was on time, courteous, and professional. I always know that when I call the Geek Squad everything will be done right. So worth the money!

    Installation felt rushed. No written instructions provided for us to follow to connect to streaming and find apps on the tv. So much info was given so quickly that while i thought i understood at the time, later it all became mixed up and we ended up unable to connect my tv to streaming, only to later discover that we needed a roku or other supplemental device in order to connect streaming to tv. Had the installers not been so rushed, i believe they would have been able to take the time to contact our streaming service and give more exact guidance on what exactly needed to be done. Instead it took an entire week and numerous calls before we could even use the tv, after waiting 3+ weeks just to have the tv delivered.
