The team came out and installed my new TV They were both polite, clean work left no mess

The agent unhooked my old computer and installed my new one, set up my bookmarks and made sure my printer, scanner were working correctly.

The agents helps set up my TV and brought it into the apartment safely and efficiently. I couldn’t carry the TV in my own vehicle, so it really helps I could count on them

The techs flawlessly connected all my components including a sound system and explained how everything worked.

Purchasing the TV had excellent service with the salesmen. The installers did an excellent job assembling the TV and programing it.

He did a good job hooking up my tv to everything and was pleased

The Geek Squad was very nice and extremely informative. Taught me a lot, so that I can really enjoy my new TV.

Bought Sony TV and Sony soundbar. Came with alexa echo and universal remote. Got everything hooked up but needed Geek Squad to connect all devices to the remote. Could never have figured it out myself. Rob did a wonderful job and explained everything. Very professional!

Don’t know what the point of this service is. The man, who delivered the tv and was gonna “set it up” barely knew anything about the tv, and couldn’t even set the tv on the tv stand, himself. I had to intervene. Definitely not worth price. Save the hassle, and money, and set up the tv yourself

The guys were definitely capable and fast, but it was extremely expensive, imho. I didn't want to bother my neighbors, so I reluctantly paid for the setup.

1st appointment on Sept 23rd between 3 & 5 was no show. I had call to find out if he was still coming and told he was. then called after no one came and finally told at 620pm he was not coming and schedule for next day.

Service was excellent although if I were rating the ease of getting it scheduled ( 30 minutes on hold on phone before hanging up, 45 minutes more back and forth with chat to set up time), would only get a single star.service great, schefuling.

The agent unboxed my TV and set it on stand. I did most of the setup through google home. $200 was way too much for this service.

My 65 inch TV couldn’t be fixed so I was refunded and got another one that was upgraded. I had a 5 year warranty and I got a new 5 warranty on my new one. I love Best Buy they always fix the problem.

Katheryn was the best!!! She helped with patience in providing excellent customer service. Kathryn was so kind after repairing my tv, she even placed it in my vehicle. I was very impressed by her technology skills and professionalism.

The agents were very professional in mounting TV's and connecting all devices.

Was apprehensive initially because the Geek Squad could not come out to install our TV onto a Stone Fireplace . But within 15-20 minutes I could tell the father and son installers from Greenville knew what they were doing and put my mind to ease . Great overall job . Highly recommend them .
