When the guys came to my house they had to install the speakers into the ceiling for a 7.1 surround system and did a great job making sure wires were not exposed. They also did a good job mounting my 75" TV to the wall and once again making sure no wires were exposed. They were quick, knew their job and were polite.

I had a geek squad guy deliver my 55” Samsung 8500 a few weeks ago. Everything was going fine until he told me that my connector wires to my stereo speakers were not compatible with my new Samsung. I said ok can’t you go down to your truck and get the adapter and compatible wire set up and I can pay for the adapter and cable. He said I don’t have that in my truck. He told me to go back to the store and get that there. I was not happy about that because the whole reason why I payed the cost of a geek squad guy/gal to come is to set the whole thing up. I understand that people might have old equipment but don’t you think that Best Buy geek squad would have adapter’s and cables in there truck for such issues. I went back down to the store the next day explained to a sales guy my issue, had pictures of what I needed took it home set it up and the speakers did not work. Took back the adapter and cable for refund and still don’t have the stereo speakers set up. Very frustrating to say the least pay for a set up and not be completely satisfied. Waiting to hear back from Best Buy! Will keep you posted!!

love the size of tv for my kitchen. Installer had to set up with my cable, which is less than a normal way to just turn on my tv. I don't think he knew exactly how to connect to my cable network.

The Geek Squad had to come back out to deliver my mom's TV after a third party came very late, was unable to hook it up properly and was useless. The Geek Squad was prompt, conscientious of pandemic, professional and courteous to my 81 year old mom.

The installers did a great job! They were on time, polite, showed me how to operate TV & cleaned up after themselves.

Purchased a new larger screen television for a Christmas gift for us, when it was delivered it would not sit on the current stand we had. We decided to have it wall mounted they mounted it centered width and height on the wall. Looks great very happy with it.

Agent in setup my new Samsung 43" TV and got me going

The Geek Squad delivered and installed a 55" Sony OLED and helped me with questions I had about the sound system I had previously purchased. The agent was very helpful and removed the old TV. Well worth the extra money.

Barron and Richard that came out to install our Samsung 55" tv were very professional, and extremely knowledge about the problems they faced. They did a perfect, timely job, cleaned up, answered every question, and taught us how to use the TV!!! We were extremely satisfied. They get MORE than 5 STARS!!!!!

The geek crew assembled the TV stand, mounted the 55" Sony on it, connected the Blue Ray player and Denon amp to the new Sony and every worked the FIRST time when turned on!!!! The crew did a great job and also tutored us on how every thing worked. Fantastic!

The tv installed was installed onto a mount best buy had previously installed 2 years ago. It was a quick install and hook-up. Did a very good job.
