    LG "C3" television.

    The Geek Squad agents activated my LG "C3" new tv and set it up. The screen image is very decent, but not as good as the "C9" model, e.g. image sharpness, depth of color, etc.

    Geek Squad Service is a definite plus for me as I am not as technology savvy as I would like to be. These skilled squad members make quick and efficient work of their installations.

    Hanging an existing LED TV on the wall

    The Geek Squad Tech was very good. Pre-visit communication was timely and via the preferred contact method. On-site the tech was professional and polite, arriving on time and staying focused on the requested task. The tech also answered any questions we had and explained the operation of the wall-mount well.

    From a 60" Sony to 75" Sony TV

    I went from a 60" to a 75" Sony TV and "Love It" After viewing side by side pictures on the TV's and researching on which one to get I went with the one down from the OLED. I love the bigger screen and can't any tell any difference in the awesome picture and color quality from OLED at a lower price!

    Smart TVs have become too smart for me to adjust my self. I tend to try to fix something and then when it doesn't work like I thought it would I can't get back to where I made the adjustment....

    I've never used the Geek Squad. I needed help handling the large 4k UHD 65" TV to get in place safely. Then they installed it, set it up in the menus and remotes, 2nd remote for Smart TV. Patiently and explaining and answering my questions along the way. Glad I used the Geek Squad. Very impressed!

    The installers did a great job setting up the TV and wall mount. I had hoped they would set up my interface to various web services and the iPhone but I mostly got the rest of the setup done okay. I am going to see if the Geek Squad can help me with the web services and iPhone connection.

    Installation felt rushed. No written instructions provided for us to follow to connect to streaming and find apps on the tv. So much info was given so quickly that while i thought i understood at the time, later it all became mixed up and we ended up unable to connect my tv to streaming, only to later discover that we needed a roku or other supplemental device in order to connect streaming to tv. Had the installers not been so rushed, i believe they would have been able to take the time to contact our streaming service and give more exact guidance on what exactly needed to be done. Instead it took an entire week and numerous calls before we could even use the tv, after waiting 3+ weeks just to have the tv delivered.

    SHOWED UP ON TIME. INSTALLED THE TV AND HOOKED UP ACCESSORIES QUICKLY AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE VARIOUS CONTROLS. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL . USED DISPOSABLE FOOTWEAR TO ASSURE NO CARPET STAINS

    This is my second time using the setup team. I was thinking that I would get the same crew members but I was sent a very nice crew this time as well. I would say these guys did a quick but very good job. Setup was on time. It didn't take them long at all. Customer service was on point.

    The Installer contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment, as well as the day of...well within the four-hour appointment window. He also followed up with me to ensure all was good to go. I have never experienced that kind of attention to the customer experience. Great service!

    The two Geek Squad representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. They set the tv, explained how to use and made a suggestion on how to boost my wi-fi. They cleaned up and removed the boxing material upon leaving. This was the 2nd time that they had been to my house and I would highly recommend them!

    I have already reviewed the Geek Squad. I did it the day after I was provided the service. I don't see why I have to do this again. Please, check your records. This the third time I have been asked to do this, it is quite annoying.

    It was outside contractors that came and tried to fix our speaker hookup but weren’t able to. They refused to do anything else except that one problem stating they are individual contractors, not the geek squad, so they only address the main problem and nothing else. Had to call “geek squad” to come out again.

    Geek Squad hooked up my new receiver that's connected to my TV. They installed my new Blue-ray player. The also hooked up new computer speakers. Both jobs had some problems they had to overcome and the effort they put in to solve them was superb.

    The agents that came to my house ,were great. They took care of everything , they even took the Box. Would recommend The Geek Squad in a heart beat.
