Geek Squad delivered and set up my 65-inch Samsung. They were fast and knowledgeable and went through the various operations with me to be sure I understood how to use dvd, Roku, soundbar, headphones, and other equipment.

The tv installed was installed onto a mount best buy had previously installed 2 years ago. It was a quick install and hook-up. Did a very good job.

Dorian is very knowledgeable and the install and set-up goes very smooth with no problem. Since my system is already outdated because of its age, an updated product is advisable, was the recommendation.

Shaq & Ernie were very professional! They installed the tv in no time at all! They were also very accommodating with my request to place the old tv in the other bedroom. As a service, geek squad is very commendable. Cheaper than what other companies charge for installation & haul away, too!!!

The Geek squad arrived at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves and immediately went into action. I was amazed at how quickly they had it all installed...less than 45 minutes. They went over the TV, the channel selector and boy was it an easy set up for me to purchase. I recommend them to all!

The guys were definitely capable and fast, but it was extremely expensive, imho. I didn't want to bother my neighbors, so I reluctantly paid for the setup.

Geek Squad installed and setup my new 75" 4K Sony TV. This service was included with the purchase of the TV which is a nice feature to get when purchasing a large heavy TV. If they hadn't offered installation free, I may have looked elsewhere to buy my TV. The installers were very professional.

The installers set up my 65 inch Sony, reversed the stand for me so I could use my current stand and not have to purchase another one. They got everything up and running in a short amount of time. It was worth having them set it up for me.

Gentlemen who delivered and set up my TV were very informative regarding equipment, they were efficient and timely, they paid attention to detail such as bundling cables and wires to keep as compact as possible. I was very pleased.
