I am most pleased and satisfied with Best Buy products and their excellent service - the ONLY pace to shop!!! Further, all Geek Squad personnel are exceptionally knowledgeable and courtesy and and patience is their norm.

Technicians did a very satisfactory job of set up with new television, also recommended new surge protector - explained how previous one was no longer providing surge protection. Did not try to upsell any additional equipment, and explained functions of television and remote. They were very polite.

Mounted my 75" TV on the wall quickly and perfectly! Even if I had a second person to help me do it by myself, these guys are so good and so reasonably priced that having them do the mounting is well worth it. Getting it out of the box, mounted and all packaging whisked away was awesome!

The set was installed in a senior living facility for my step-father. I was not able to be there when it was delivered. The young man stayed in contact with me and did a wonderful, thoughtful job. He even contacted me when he had finished to let me know all went well.

The technicians were helpful except they showed us how to use our external DVR but we still can't get it to work we need more help old folks who are technically inept LOL Charlotte Bascom

Arrived 1/2 late but all in all did a good job. I would use them again if I have too.

Even though Samsung 85” TV has a paneling defect it still has an awesome picture and hate to go Sony

TV was already mounted. Tech explained boxes, various streaming devices and showed me how to use the tv not having either of those things. Returned equipment I didn’t need to Best Buy. Professional, patient and personable.

The agents arrived as scheduled and did the complete set up of my new TV. The also took the time to explain the remote control functions.

Richard was very professional and set up the tv quickly. He said to call him later if we had problems.

The agents set up the TV and sound bar. Connected my wifi and then added all the apps I use to include setting passwords.

There was one tech that came to put the tv mount up and when it came time to hang the TV another tech showed up to assist. It was great and efficient team work. They mounded it once and perfectly.

Conner was courteous, helpful, knowledgable, (Sp?), and was so nice and patient! I would love to have him for every service visit we have for all our appliances! He took our old TV which weighs a ton away for us. What a lovely experience! Give him a big bonus!!

Sony TV and install were great, but not pleased how Bestbuy handled no pricematch.

The agent verified our connections were all installed correctly and guided us thru some of the new features. Very knowledgeable and courteous.
