I wasn't familiar with the services the Geek Squad provided! My new TV was delivered, set up and the old one was taken away. Adrian was timely, friendly, neat, and very helpful. He didn't leave until he had taught me to use the TV and had answered all my questions. A great experience!

The "Geek" was very courteous put plastic over his shoes and spent extra time making sure everything was hooked up. AND he was here right on time.

The Geek Squad agent came on time and quickly and professionally installed my TV. He made all the necessary connections and told me that my existing XBox and DVD recorder were too old with too old connections to attach to my TV. He was very polite and friendly.

My set up was simple however some of the small details would have been frustrating.

The TV was unpacked and set up efficiently. However, my DVD was not connected. He said I didn't have the proper cable. I would think that he should have had a supply of cables from which he could select one and complete the hook up. I did not get the full service I paid for.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and were very efficient .....in and out in a short time. However, adding an appointment online after the purchase was difficult and frustrating. Customer service via phone was even more frustrating.
