They arrived on time, quickly set everything up, taught me how to use it and then cleaned up everything. They were great. Even helped me with I bought that I didn't need. I will certainly use Geek Squad again and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Derek Peterson was exception. He solved a problem with the need for a smaller brace for the curved cove where TV was to extend out from. He was very professional, customer service was excellent and he helped this senior with the new technology. So very thankful and grateful. Bless him.

The "GeeK" squad is very efficient and friendly. They set up my TV and answered all of my questions. Second TV they have set up for me I am 74 and not electronically (hookup) knowlegeable It was a relief to have everything set up correctly and expertly Very happy with service

Two Guys from the Geek squad set up my TV with the wall bracket. Good job, looks great.

Polite. On time. Got the job done. My only complaint is that, in an effort to try and make things look as neat and tidy as possible, the installers used some extremely thick plastic cable ties to bind the power cable and HDMI cables together. And they made it really tight, too. So I worry that could lead to cable damage if I ever need to cut the ties to upgrade the HDMI cable. But otherwise was good overall.

Great team. Setup the new TV. Used internet to assemble TV stand as it was their first time installing this TV. Cleaned up shipping materials, leaving the area just as they found it.
