The Geek Squad set up my TV and Bose Sound Bar. It took some troubleshooting but the problems were solved and service rendered.

For complicated TV systems & home theater, Geek Squad makes the difference in getting maximum satisfaction for my home entertainment systems! I have relied on them for over a decade to set up all accessories and components with expert care and reliability!

Jared delivered and set up our TV - he gets a 10 in every way. He answered questions and was very pleasant and helpful.

The "Squad" assembled and setup our new Samsung 65" TV, and they removed our old (and very heavy) 58" Plasma tv. We love the new tv and I did not have to hurt myself trying to lift and remove the old tv.

Technician was on time and was patient although a few connectivity issues to a TiVo box were happening. Very happy with the TV and the service through Best Buy’s geek squad.

We love Best Buys Geek Squad!!! They did a great job fixing our initial set up of our TV. They fixed all the wires better than we had them, and they fixed all the settings for better picture quality. They also help with using features. Would definitely recommend Geek Squad!!

The Geek Squad personnel did a great job installing the TV wall mount and our new television. The were courteous and professional.

The Geek Squad unboxed, set up, and connected my new LG 65" OLED TV and LG Soundbar, showed me the basics, and answered a few questions and I am very happy with the results and glad I did not elect to do it myself.

The agents replaced my BluRay DVD with a new LG BluRay. I appreciate that they were able to fit it in with my other home theater components. Plus, they made sure I was connected up with my WiFi and Internet. Great job as usual.

The Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV were fantastic. They were super careful, very friendly, and very patient with fine-tuning the set-up, coordinating the remotes, etc. It was just a great experience.

Dorian is very knowledgeable and the install and set-up goes very smooth with no problem. Since my system is already outdated because of its age, an updated product is advisable, was the recommendation.

Its my husband'sTV that they help him with the Smart TV. He's really not into technology and so he had them rearrange his TV to his liking and he loves it now.

They were very accommodating! Surprisingly so! The new TV had a different stand and the legs did not fit the cabinet. Between us we tried different pieces of furniture! It is on a cedar chest until I can get a better cabinet! They were very patient and helpful.

One feedback- when you order on the website, you need to include your unit #. Now for the review- the guy helped install the tv in my bedroom and was able to connect my TV to the Wifi and other video services with no problems.

The geek squad tech was great! He was on time and hooked up the new Insignia television and Roku quickly but taking time to explain everything to us. Very happy with the service.
