I graduated from a 42" Plasma TV to this Q60T Smart TV. I was really concerned that I would not get as good a picture as what I was getting with the Plasma model but am very pleased to report that the picture quality is just as good, if not a bit better. It's also very nice to have the ability rely on the Geed Squad. They came out and very quickly and easily set up my new TV. They then took the time to show me how to add streaming programs, how the remote worked, and different little insights to making sure everything ran smoothly.

Our Geek Squad representative did a fine job in the set up procedures, answered all the questions we had and made sure we knew how to contact Geek Squad with other questions, later on.

It was great having 2 Geek Squad members to bring in and install the television. It literally took both of them to do it. Also, glad that they were able to arrive while still daylight (since the order had noted on it that no neighborhood or home exterior lighting available. They were technically savy also when it came to setting up the operational components of the tv and teaching us how to do all the things that we hope to do with the system. They also coded in our wi-fi with the television. We are very happy customers following this experience.

The guys were great. I'm not bad with technology, but setting up my new smart tv and connecting it to other devices would have taken me forever. The Geek team worked in unison and had everything ticking perfectly in less than an hour. They even gave me a personal tutorial -- and cleaned up before they departed. I couldn't b happier.

No regrets on this purchase. TV has a very sharp picture with true colors. The Geek Squad arrived on time and set my new TV up to work with existing Comcast. Showed me all things related to Roku so when I eventually cut cable out, I’ll know what I’m doing. My “agent” must have been a teacher in a previous life. After he explained everything, he gave me the remote and had me duplicate what he had done. That made a huge difference in my learning. The Tv is perfect and the delivery was perfect. I had recently purchased a 75 inch TV, thet installed it with no issues. They also went one step further and moved my 92 inch TV from my previous apartment, having it installed and working before I got home from work. No hassle and always great people performing the work. Top notch service here!

Whether or not to use the assistance of the Geek Squad to deliver and set up their new TV is a question that more Best Buy customers are asking themselves as average TV sizes continue to increase. Gone are the days when most TV buyers purchased a television they could place in their sedans or small vehicles and set up themselves after connecting a couple of cords and cables. Today the average TV purchased in the USA has a diagonal of 65", and it is becoming commonplace for people to turn their living rooms into entertainment centers with TVs above 75" as the centerpiece. Although we purchased a midsize TV by current standards, my wife and I decided to pay for the Geek Squad service to deliver and set it up and are pleased that we did. After calling to let us know they were on the way, two Geek Squad installers arrived in the time window we had agreed upon. Both were professional and customer oriented, and it was apparent they knew what they were doing. Before leaving they explained whatever we needed to know about the TV and its remote, and answered any questions we had. We definitely believe we made the right decision to use the assistance of the Geek Squad, and recommend their delivery and installation service to others.

Came on time for appointment. Super knowledgeable, professional, did not leave a mess. Could ask questions and get answers and reccomendations that were right on point that I could understand. GREAT!

I can't say enough about Geek Squad! The agent took his time with us. He setup our TV and hooked up our new Roku and our speakers. He had parts in his work van that we could purchase if we needed anything like cables and even an amplifier if we needed one. That was really nice because if our old amp didn't work we would've had to reschedule our hookup if not for the agent having these things in his work van. This guy came prepared. He had a universal remote in his work van that we purchased. He setup for us and took his time showing us how to use all the special features. It was very helpful!

Geek Squad Team member was so patient & informative as he downloaded needed apps & instructed me on usage. Answered all of my questions & made sure I could maneuver between live TV & streaming apps successfully.

I was very impressed with how thorough the guys were. Measuring and re-measuring, checking the level and making sure my tv would be well placed for watching ... Yet out of the way to avoid hazards. Great teamwork between the two. Not a single wasted move. Your installers are very valuable members of your team. They represented you well with their speed, knowledge and professionalism. They also listened and taught me only what I needed to know ... Not wasting time on all the fancy extras that I don't care about. Well done!

The technician did an Excellent job! He made certain everything was working and I appreciated him helping me move my old TV to another room. EXCELLENT service.

I purchased this TV after returning an LG 70". This TV is perfect. The picture and sound are great and it refreshes quickly. And it comes with a solid remote instead of the crappy light weight remotes that you generally get from LG. If you are a streamer and not a cable subscriber, this is the TV for you. Pair it with the latest Apple TV and a CAT 5 cable for theater style color and sound. No need for a sound bar!
