Thank you Geek Squad! I ordered a flat screen TV for an elderly family member, in another town. It took 3 or 4 delivery attempts before it was able to be delivered and set up. Geek Squad was patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that my family member was satisfied.

Delivery and set-up exceeded my expectations! The guys who brought the television to my house were really helpful and did an excellent job.

Both guys were very knowledgeable and professional.

The team that delivered and setup my new Samsung TV were great. They unboxed, setup, programmed the TV and linked my Samsung soundbar. Answered all my questions and removed all packaging materials. It was great. Would highly recommend using the install service over trying do it yourself.

The Geek Squad came in force for my 3 televisions and Soundbar installation. They were professional, neat, and quickly got everything up and running and all working together. They packed up all the cardboard, showed us how to work the controls, and helped with any issues or questions. I will always use these guys!

The Geek Squad representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. Hooked up all the devices and had them working perfectly. I might have been able to do it, but not with the efficiency of these technicians. Highly recommend.

The agent mounted my TV on the wall and connected all my devices. When that was done they discovered a problem with the TV. The remote would not connect. They arranged for an exchange, walked me through setting up the controls on my phone, and cleaned up after themselves. when the replacement came in they delivered it, took down the TV replacing it, and once again cleaned up after themselves.

I've installed plenty of electronics in my day but it is worth the money to have a high end device such as the 65" Sony Bravia 4k set up by the Geek squad. The tech unloaded the TV with no trouble and it was evident he knew exactly what to do as far as unpacking and assembly. Moreover, rather than read the manual to proceed through the setup, he quickly went to the on-screen prompts and both executed the commands as well as explained what he was doing and what each choice would mean. Outside of a few streaming issues we've had when the cable went out due to bad weather we've had no problems. When it did go out, because we stepped through the setup at the time of installation, I had no problem re-connecting.

The team setup the new TV and hauled away old (very heavy plasma tv). They we excellent! Extremely professional, efficient and effective. Had it all completed in 20 minutes. A pleasure to work with.

Bought a Samsung 65" OLED 8K TV Great picture even for older TV programs. Worth every penny. And the GEEK Squad guys that delivered it and set it up were great

The man that set up my Toshiba TV efficiently connected devices and showed me how to switch from one format to another. I wasn't familiar with the newer TV's and he was very kind and patient. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad to set up your TV or any other product you purchase. I'm sure their service is the same across the board.

The tech who came to my home to set up my tv was professional, knowledge and friendly! Did a fantastic job!

The guys that set up my TV were amazing. The first TV that came was defective they filed the claim and got the new one on order for me and when it was ready the same 2 gentlemen came and set it up for me it was amazing more than happy with the service the cleanup the setup everything was perfect!

Both of my installers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They both answered all of my questions and were very good at explaining in an understandable way.

So far my new Sony works very well. And the 2 men who installed it were absolutely terrific. At the end I had arranged for them to take away the old TV and the box for the new one. The only truly bad part if that I keep finding a pending charge of $49.99 on the credit card I used. It is charged, removed, charged again, removed again. It has been happening over and over since I purchased the TV. I owed a one-time $49.99 for their hauling away my old TV. BUT IT'S TIME TO STOP THIS BY NOW!!! I can't seem to get an explanation from Customer Service. Please look into this.

Great job. Tech was courteous snd worked quickly. Answered all my questions. Tv has an outstanding picture. Took old 55 inch away as requested. Geek squad does a great job.

It wasn't Geek that did install but outside contractor. He did a good job and got it working and Netfix installed. pleasant person and took time to show me how to use.
