Victor did an excellent job of the setup for new 55" tv!! So kind, patient, and followed all safety features upon entering my home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! In fact, I would want him to setup my next tv!! Great job Victor!!

Best Buy Technicians are suppose to come to my homw to see why my new television keeps going out and needs to be reset every two to three days.

Agents installed TV and explained all the functions in a professional manner. Appreciate the time they spend to insure that as a customer of the Geek Squad service that the TV was fully operational.

Not knowing the best way to set up and connect my speaker system to the rest of my entertainment, I chose to have the Geek Squad re wire and set up everything. It was the best $$ I spent - no stress, no wasted hours and misconnections, just a job done w/ the experience of the Geek Squad!

Guys were very knowledgeable, professional and explained what was going on thru the entire process. They called me before they headed out to my home to ensure what the job entailed. They were prepared, were able to trouble shoot a couple issues, resolved/corrected the issues.

The Geek Squad agents activated my LG "C3" new tv and set it up. The screen image is very decent, but not as good as the "C9" model, e.g. image sharpness, depth of color, etc.

Hung flatscreens in minutes that would have taken me hours, and ability to handle wide screens.

Chase did a great job of installing and setting up my new TV. He helped me add a couple of apps that I wanted and showed me how everything works. The service I received was great.

my mother purchased a 55 inch TV and needed the professional installation she said that they were fantastic and they got everything working quickly and she is very thankful that she was able to get the installation because she is not tech-savvy and lives alone thank you.

They were quick in getting the tv setup. They got it programed and ready to go in no time. The only thing they couldn't do was program my sound bar to this tv...not sure why they couldn't get it to work but at this point I do not have a my sound bar connected to the tv.

I had the Geek Squad deliver and set up a 65" Samsung 4K UHD set and couldn't be happier with the service. The guys showed up were friendly knowledgeable and did a great job. Why risk your back and dropping your new set when the Geek Squad can do it . Well worth the price.

Travis was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked fro a better experience. He took care of all of the installation as well as educating us on our TV and how it works. We would definitely request him for any future Geek Squad TV needs.

Agent helped us share both cellphones to TV. Explained and demonstrated how to use streaming sights and which ones were available to us. Agent was professional and courteous and friendly

The agents were very professional and helpful. They went beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, answer any questions, and help us repack our old TV back into its original packaging. Highly recommend.
