    The Geek Squad agents who installed my TV were very knowledgeable and connected our Bose system and DVD player. They also made sure all my apps were connected. Thanks Kevin, for everything you did to make sure I understood it all.

    I purchased a brand new smart TV. Upon set up, I was unable to connect to my home WiFi. I assumed it was operator error and after 10 attempts, called it quits. Geek Squad came out and confirmed the brand new smart TV was bad and the problem was not operator error.

    Thia went quite well for us. The Geek guy made it look simple but it was above my skill level. The old TV was pretty heavy, glad they could recycle it.

    Geek Squad delivered and set up my 65-inch Samsung. They were fast and knowledgeable and went through the various operations with me to be sure I understood how to use dvd, Roku, soundbar, headphones, and other equipment.

    Great team. Setup the new TV. Used internet to assemble TV stand as it was their first time installing this TV. Cleaned up shipping materials, leaving the area just as they found it.
