This service is SO WORTH IT!!!!!!! The team was professional, quick and were vaccinated. We paid extra for the haul-away...again, totally worth it. No extra boxes and old TV to recycle.

Thia went quite well for us. The Geek guy made it look simple but it was above my skill level. The old TV was pretty heavy, glad they could recycle it.

Geek Squad came downtown to my high rise office and installed multiple TVs and brackets. They were very professional and well manored. They were in and out before i knew it.

The agents set up the TV and sound bar. Connected my wifi and then added all the apps I use to include setting passwords.

Excellent service getting my TV to connect to my internet. I have an older smart TV so had some issues getting the connection to work. Geek Squad was able to get streaming working on my TV and now I also have Roku. I would definitely call them again when I need assistance.

After installing the mount into the drywall over my fireplace and mounting the TV, the Geek Squad guys hooked it all up and did a great job. They got all the inputs back into the correct spots and everything works perfectly. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Geek Squad.

The technicians were helpful except they showed us how to use our external DVR but we still can't get it to work we need more help old folks who are technically inept LOL Charlotte Bascom

Geek Squad did an excellent job getting my TV set up. I didn't need a mount but they connected the sound bar, the 4K Player, and the Directv. They were able to get the Directv remote and the TV remote to work together. They were professional and fast.
