The agents who installed my TV were fantastic. They set everything up for me, and even checked another TV of mine while the new one was downloading. Highly recommended!

I wish I could remember the name of the two gentleman that installed my tvs. I get had two new tvs installed that day. The geek squad came prepared and ready to go, they set up and stayed with me and explained everything so there was no interruption of my life. Thank you for they great service.

The Geek Squad set up the tv and connected to Xfinity. The TV was to large to place on the dresser the previous one was on and we didn't have a wall mount. Our son mounted it later. The also took away our old tv that no long worked.

The tech was quick and efficient removing the old (no longer working) LG TV and hooking up my new Samsung. It sits in a built in space, so maneuvering properly is everything.

I had the Geek Squad come to my house and set up my new entertainment system and am I glad I did! They were so knowledgeable and competent - I was impressed. There have been no problems with my system since they set it up, but if there are ever problems, I will definitely call them.

The agents were friendly and knew how to do their job. My problem is that they went through the sit up so fast that I really don't know how to find and do some of the things they did, like turn on and use the blue ray system, find the source settings in order to switch to my outdoor antenna, how to utilize the 4K feature.
