Service was excellent!! They explained everything they were doing and showed us features we didn't know we haf.

Geek Squad installed and setup my new 75" 4K Sony TV. This service was included with the purchase of the TV which is a nice feature to get when purchasing a large heavy TV. If they hadn't offered installation free, I may have looked elsewhere to buy my TV. The installers were very professional.

Both Geek Squad members were excellent. They moved living room TV to master bedroom and mounted on wall, The TV in master was mounted on new stand. Finally new TV purchased was mounted on new stand.

The technician that came to install my TV and run the wires through the wall was top quality and very thorough. He paid much attention to even the smallest detail. He had great patience and spent all time necessary to answer any and all questions I had. Would recommend Best Buy to everyone.
