It was great, they delivered the TV, and set it up. They got everything to work, showed me and my family how to get around on the different parts of the TV, like Netflex, etc. Very happy with the out come.

The agent was able to setup my new TV. It just so happened that Spectrum was also here checking out a connection issue. So it went very smoothly.

The Geek Squad agents were very friendly and efficient. They successfully improved my home wifi, as well as finishing installing my televisions. They were also able to answer my questions about using Alexa and the various remotes.

Guys did a great job, fast and free take away of old set a big bonus. Connected all my other systems with the TV including new sound bar, DVD player and Roku.

The Squad member installed my TV and connected everything, making sure I could operate the correct remotes when needed. He was very clean, on time, called when he was on his way, and did an overall great job.

I had thought that because my new tv is a 40" 4K Smart TV, I needed them to come set it up when I got it delivered. I really didn't need that service as there's wasn't much that they did that I would have easily figured out myself. The two guys that came by were pleasant and knowledgeable though! Nothing against them, just could have saved myself over $100. If you do choose to get the service, it is good service.

Never had this service before but now in our seventies we needed help. The guy who came out to us we super friendly, easy to get on with and answered all our silly questions. He set everything up for us putting in password etc. Would not hesitate to use Geek squad again.

The agents hooked up my mother's TV. They were so wonderful and knowledgeable. They made my mother who is 95 and an invalid so happy. Thank you. They were great.

The agent connected everything to all devices and told me how things worked. I have been somewhat confused on a few things and did have to call for help a week later. I think that is my problem I am not good with new devices.

He came out to swap out Insignia that failed, as he was leaving I asked him about the old set. He said you'll have to pay $40 for me to cart it away.2 days later he was back and sheepishly said whops he had to return it

The team of two guys and their manager were great. The time took two hours but it was well worth it. The explanation of the clickers and functions and operations of the Sony TV and receiver were fine. Explanations were kept simple and understandable. The patience of the staff was great.

Geek Set up my new TV and put Amazon app on all my TVs. He was knowledgeable, courteous and punctual.

You have 2 great employees, You don't find the personal service at many of your competitors !!! Recommend Highly the 2 you sent to deliver and install my new 75" LG TV. They were very helpful, answered all my questions !!!

BB agents initially installed New TV, moved & converted older sets, …. then, when needed, took care of replacement item without question.
