The technician installed my TWO TVs and stayed for almost an hour while I worked with Direct TV to set up the receivers. He was patient and clearly explained all of the bells and whistles on my new TVs. He's my rock star!

They came in and set everything up for me. Showed me how the Remote worked. Removed old TV and took all boxes, cleaned everything up.

Along with the Soundbar, they also setup the TV, when all said and done, I didn't need to do anything and then they showed us how to use the remotes "Seamless"

The Geek Squad from Riverbank did a great job. The previous sub contractor sent by Best Buy had damaged my TV. The Geek Squad Team was excellent. I will never accept anyone who is not an employee of the Geek Squad again.

Geek Squad set our new tv up. They are very professional and knowledgeable on everything we have had them install. They are prompt and very courteous.

The young men who delivered and set up my tv were excellent. They were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I would recommend them. The three stars are because of policy and lack of communication among staff members. Bb advertises free delivery but then charges 149.99 to unbox and set up. While discussing this charge (with 2 different associates And the manager) they assured me that moving my older tv to a different room was included in the 149.99. However, upon delivery I was told that there was ANOTHER charge of $25.00 to move the old tv, which I paid over protest. I was caught between a rock and a hard place so had to do it. These charges should be BOLDLY displayed, and there should be communication and consistency between staff members. I'm still a bit miffed about this. Especially when Costco offers unboxing and set up for $19.99 plus a five year warranty.

NEW TV, WALL MOUNT, CABLES, BLU-RAY 4K PLAYER AND WIFE SAID "LET THE GEEKS DO IT." SO I DID AND THEY WERE FAST, EXPLAINED EACH STEP TO US, SHOWEED US HOW TO USE ALL THE NEW TOYS, CLEANED UP, TOOK AWAY OUR OLD TV AND WALL MOUNT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FIVE STARS - GOLD ONES!

Sony TV and install were great, but not pleased how Bestbuy handled no pricematch.
