Arrived promptly, calling AND emailing me prior to arriving. Helped with unboxing and setup proving helpful. Hauled away all boxing material and my 4 year old QLED Samsung.

The Geek squad agents connected my new TV to my existing sound system and explained what I needed to do to be able to connect audio from my sound system to internet viewing. They provided me with outstanding service

Installation was a breeze. They made everything simple and easy. They made sure we were comfortable with the products and were extremely patient with answering all of our questions.

They were in and out quickly. They explained what changes had happened and what they could not do due to those changes

They set up my TV and did an excellent job also took the time to explain many things I could watch and how streaming works.

Smart tv connection was excellent installation. Technician(s) provided great tips on display

the agent set up the tv out of the box, optimized the tv settings for my particular cable service specs, set up the wifi optimization, and explained use in understandable language.

The agents were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and everything is working fine since the installation.

The agent got the system up and running. I was unable to hook the system.

Geek squad tech was very friendly. He came in and within a short time our TV and blue tooth speakers were synced! I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier.

The TV was an older model, 55", whereas the current products were all 65" Geek squad was on time, did good job and left. We have not neded them since. They showed us how everything worked, were polite and seemed to know what they were doing.

My installation went very smoothly the technician instructed me I purchase the wrong wall mount, do to weight and size but had a back up right there for me and I save money on that wall mount.

New tv, amplifier, subwoofer, and harmony programing was great. Answered all my questins as well.

Efficient friendly set up. Required instruction given. Discussed Internet issue. Unrelated to TV set up. Overall a good experience.

Geek Squad mounted the TV on the wall, hooked up the cable box and programmed the TV for Internet service. They can took the extra time to explain to my handicapped brothers. Totally recommend them, they went way beyond what was minimum required.
