I had the Geek Squad deliver and set up a 65" Samsung 4K UHD set and couldn't be happier with the service. The guys showed up were friendly knowledgeable and did a great job. Why risk your back and dropping your new set when the Geek Squad can do it . Well worth the price.

Stephen was great. What an employee. Totally knowledgeable, did eveything perfect and went through all settings. Would hire him in a minute. Wish I had him for all odd jobs!

Not knowing the best way to set up and connect my speaker system to the rest of my entertainment, I chose to have the Geek Squad re wire and set up everything. It was the best $$ I spent - no stress, no wasted hours and misconnections, just a job done w/ the experience of the Geek Squad!

The guys that installed our 65|" TV did A great job. They were very professional I would use them again.

The agents were friendly and knew how to do their job. My problem is that they went through the sit up so fast that I really don't know how to find and do some of the things they did, like turn on and use the blue ray system, find the source settings in order to switch to my outdoor antenna, how to utilize the 4K feature.

The two employees were able to mount the TV with no issues.

Geek Squad did an excellent job getting my TV set up. I didn't need a mount but they connected the sound bar, the 4K Player, and the Directv. They were able to get the Directv remote and the TV remote to work together. They were professional and fast.

Excellent service getting my TV to connect to my internet. I have an older smart TV so had some issues getting the connection to work. Geek Squad was able to get streaming working on my TV and now I also have Roku. I would definitely call them again when I need assistance.

I wish the technician could do other stuff in my house.... he knew what he was doing....Guy was great... he installed 2 ring doorbells no problem, a 60 inch tv and a nest thermostat (that no one else could figure out how to do) tech went above and beyond

Hung flatscreens in minutes that would have taken me hours, and ability to handle wide screens.

very professional i was a bit nervous when they were unboxing the tv and attached the desk top stand but thats just me and my anxiety lol. they did an excellent job that i wouldn't have been able to do by myself.

Arrived promptly, calling AND emailing me prior to arriving. Helped with unboxing and setup proving helpful. Hauled away all boxing material and my 4 year old QLED Samsung.

The agents connected everything quickly and competently and answered all my questions clearly and in language that I could understand.

After installing the mount into the drywall over my fireplace and mounting the TV, the Geek Squad guys hooked it all up and did a great job. They got all the inputs back into the correct spots and everything works perfectly. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Geek Squad.
