Professional but Price too high for basic TV setup.

The TV was placed where I wanted it (no wall mount), hooked everything up to Cable, and answered my hundreds of questions. Both Men were wonderful!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

They got here when they said they would and did everything I wanted done. Answered all my questions and they worked well together. It was great to watch them go about their work. The whole experience was well planed out and executed.

the agents did everything they were supposed to do and more. they were on time , efficient and installed everything as requested. Even hooked up wifi to the tv and showed us how to use. Very pleased with the delivery!

The Geek squad offered great service both before and after the product installation. They sent frequent communications to remind me of the installation date and what I needed to do. They also provided great installation of my new television and removal of my old television.

Supply chain issues delayed delivery but we are very happy with the quality of this machine. As always, Geek Squad was very helpful setting it up and explaining functions to us baby boomers

The agent was ready to do his job upon arrival. Basically he had to swap out an older DVD player with a new one and then set if up in my system and program my remote controller. DONE beautifully. Then he added my older DVD player to my bedroom TV. I now have Blu-Ray in both rooms.

This service was well worth the money. My 55" Sony 4K HDR HDMI TV was mounted and hooked up in less than one hour. Two guys showed up to work on installation. It definitely saved me the hassle of trying to mount it and hook it up all by myself.

Very complicated set up which required a second DVD player, as Blu-Ray not compatible for a karaoke. There was a gadget required, very arcane and not carried by Best Buy, which he identified which made the whole home entertainment center work with the 75" QLED TV.

Geek Squad delivered and hooked up all my components. Cleaned up all the packing took it with them. Made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very respectful and courteous.
