The Geek Squad agents were very good at setting up the TV as well as all the additional things we had such as sound system. They were patient and made sure everything was set up as well as setting up short cuts to access netflix, HBO, showtime etc that we had never used before.

The Geek Squad did a great job. The young man was very nice and knowledgeable. He set up both TVs as quickly as possible. And he explained things very well for me. I highly recommend Geek Squad. Thank you!

The Geek Squad people are a nice bunch of guys. We've used the a number of times over the past 5 years.

When replacing my 55" TV with a 65" TV, the Geeks came in and completed the install, set up the new TV with all my connected devices and apps, and took away all the trash. I could never have done this myself which is why I always use the Geek squad.

Ken did the TV set up and Andre' was the on line consultant. Both were polite, friendly and expert in what they did. The service offered connection and syncing of our home service and current devices to our new smart TV. In our opinion, The service was a value for what our family received.

The agents that came to install my television were very knowledgeable. They explained how to use the television and connect to streaming services and also connected an old vcr-dvd player for me.

The Geek Squad was here when promised. I was glad they installed the TV as it is 70" and would have been difficult to handle without experience. Set everything up and had it working in a short time...Very professional and they answered all my questions..

The installers were so quick and knowledgeable in setting up the new tv and connecting it to various accessories such as a wireless speaker and an old dvd/vcr player. They also took away for recycling our old, heavy tv. Wonderful installers!

The agent was extremely thorough with his explanation of how the television worked with the DVR. He set up the remotes with our DirecTV setup so we have no problems. The TV is much brighter and clearer than our old one.

The Geek Squad techs who came were very friendly, efficient, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were really good nonetheless. As for the service they were allowed to provide, that was somewhat lacking and almost comical. For example, they couldn't plug the cable to my soundbar and woofer (also Best Buy purchases) into the proper HDMI port.... that would be an additional $50. The service didn't include setting up any TV functions or adjustments like brightness, color, etc... only setting the TV on the cabinet and plugging it in. They turned it on and registered it, etc, but that was it. Had I known this to be the case, I wouldn't have gotten Geek Squad for this. I did the set up and soundbar set up after the guys left. The techs = 5☆. The value of the TVset up = 3☆.

I’m so glad I purchased this product. For those of us who aren’t at all great with new technology, this is a great thing to get. The person who came was personable, very knowledgeable, and made sure I could operate everything with understanding before she left.

Very friendly and efficient technicians. They worked quickly yet took time to be sure I understood my new tv. Great suggestions for utilizing more total tech services.

I had a complete 4K system with blue ray smart player, surround sound receiver, cable box and 70" smart tv. They helped me set up the system and recommended I purchase a smart remote to access the entire system with 1 remote. I did and am very happy with the results.

Geek Squad guys were great. Set the TV up and synced to Uverse, hooked all my electronics to the TV quickly and efficiently. Walked me through how to use the capabilities of the TV. Cleaned up all the wrapping and boxes and took with. This setup was an excellent buy!
