Geek Squad installed the TV, hooked up the cable and sound bar, and gave some basic, helpful instructions. It would have been great if they could have eliminated the need for a 2nd remote, but the Roku apparently does not allow for that. And additional TV set up was not available because either a cable box or Roku stick are needed. Lots of open questions.

Mia was the woman who helped me set up my new Apple Watch in the Nampa Idaho Best Buy. She was very knowledgeable and patient while teaching me how to use my new watch. Congratulations on having such a stellar employee!

Geek Squad was very friendly and helpful. Tv set-up was more complicated than I expected. They installed and set up my tv very quickly. It would have taken me a lot longer.

I had the Geek Squad stop by and set up my 4K Sony Bravia and these guys did an outstanding job. Everything from assembling my TV to explaining certain features along with the set up was spot on amazing. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Installed TV quickly but discovered we had to order a new wall mount because it wouldn't handle this size TV. It came the next day when I ordered it from Bestbuy, but Geek Squad guy couldn't return until the next week and now its mounted and working.

The agents connected everything quickly and competently and answered all my questions clearly and in language that I could understand.

The whole experience was helpful, i just wish I have taken notes! The gentlemen who helped install both TV and computer were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, seemed to go beyond simple installation requirements to reassure me.

We bought a 75 inch TV. So we had to have it set up.

We love our new TV. The Best Buy “experts” installed everything perfectly, set up all the bells and whistles and made sure we knew how everything worked together.

The agents set up my TV and removed the old Sony Trinitron, That alone was worth the cost.

good job but could not hook up the WII or VHS was disappointed on that. Also disappointed they charged extra to hook up the remote I bought from them when they where there to hook up stuff already. Still would recommend but tell them to make sure they ask what all they will be charged and for what because our $400.00 tv cost us almost as much as the tv did 10yrs ago for the tv alone.

The Geek Squad agents installed my tv to my cable and quickly adjusted the set. They were very professional and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time but were not able to complete everything. We were told that they would clean up all the wires behind the components. When I asked if they were going to do this, they said that they weren’t booked enough time to do that. Also, the outside speakers were not hooked up. We were told that the receiver that we purchased would be able to have a zone 2 for the outside speakers to play music while watching a show inside. The installers said that that couldn’t be done with the receiver we were sold...only 2 of the 4 would work, or create a zone 3 that may not match what was playing on zone 2!!?? Turned out we do need some new wiring to 2 of the speakers so we will have to wait to get the 4 speakers hooked up. I just didn’t like being promised what couldn’t be delivered. Still in the process for a possible change in receivers to do what we need. At $799, I would expect it to be able to do the 2 zones.

The Geek Squad tech was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time necessary to make initial pre-sets to the TV. He also explained all we needed to know about operating the TV in a quite comprehensive manner. Have them deliver, install, and set up. You'll run into very few headaches.

This ironically was Shawn's second time to my home to install a flat mount tv (due to metal studs, pivoting one isn't an option). He was his usual professional self and even remembered I'd had a medical procedure, asked about it and didn't leave until he was sure I was all set.

He was very good at his job. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I give him a five star rating.
