I had heard a lot of good things about the Geek Squad. They lived up to their reputation. They set up my new 43" Samsung TV without experiencing any problems. I'm not real tech-savy, but they made me feel at ease and soke in common terms. When they were finished, they cleaned up their mess (what little there was). I'm so happy with their service.

James, disconnected my old TV and moved it for me. He connected my new LG 86" TV explained all its functions including how to use remote along woth shortcuts. It was a flawless install. Couldn't be happier.

They set it up. Showed me everything I needed to know.

Zack and his assistant did a Great Professional Job for us with the Delivery and Setup of our new Samsung 65" TV with our new Samsung HW-B650/ZA Soundbar. They called to inform us of the delivery time and were ONTIME. Setup everything, including our existing Samsung DVD Player and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Zack even left us a business card with his phone number and told us to call him if we have any problems or questions after he left.

The agents who installed my TV were wonderful; knew what they were doing for sure! Very personable, neat and well experinced. Will defintely use Best Buy again and get Geek Squad service also with my membership.

Bram and rusty are great at their jobs. They set up my remote and google home. They moved my old tv to bedroom for me. They explained everything to me. Nice and polite guys.

I am enjoying my 55 inch Samsung TV. Owen at Best Buy in Flowood, helped with my purchase. Owen told me the difference in the TV’s. Owen was very knowledgeable and did not mind taking time with me to be sure that all of my questions were answered. With that information, I then decided to purchase my TV. When the Geek Squad came, they connected my TV to my internet and set everything up. They took away my old TV and stand.

Chris set up my TV and sound at quickly and efficiently. He then spent time with us explaining the functions of our system.

The technicians solved some horrific problems for us. Our surround system was disconnected and we had multiple connection issues because of DiskTV and DSL internet. The photo shows it wasn’t a straight forward connection. They solved every problem, and now we have a great picture and surround sound! Not only that, our Sonos system was malfunctioning (a reflection of the Sonos brand’s mix of incompatible devices)—the techs also solved that for us and explained it all in simple enough terms that we understood.

The Geek Squad technician was very prompt. He was also quite knowledgeable and professional. We greatly appreciated his expertise. So glad to have this kind of help. Thank you Best Buy!

I love my new OLED TV it is completely awesome tied in with the Sonos system it’s incredible and the geek squad did a phenomenal job installing it I will attach a picture but it’s just tremendous

Installer was awesome, called 15 minutes before arriving on time, explained what was going to ahappen, and did an outstanding professional job of installing the wall mount and TV. Looks amazing! He cleaned up the site, leaving it spotless. Looked like he was never there!

They setup my new 75 “TV and haul away the old with ease.

It was a very good experience, the guy who did the service did a great job, and I was very happy with it. I’m sure he hasn’t seen anything quite like this before but no problem he did a first class job. I had a very old TV in front of my stairmaster, and I cannot be on the stairmaster without watching TV, so he did what I thought was almost impossible, and I am back to being able to go on my stairmaster every morning and get my workout done.
