The geek squad delivered, installed and set up my new 65 in TCL Roku tv. They went over all instructions and answered many questions. After they left I called them with another question. They were happy to help. Impressed with their care for their customers.

The third party installers removed our old TV and hooked up the new TV with sound bar. They had to find the codes for our cable remote and sound bar to be able to get everything to work properly. They did a great job.

Geek squad showed up on time, unpacked the TV, placed it on the stand, connected it to the network and configured it to work with existing components. They even configured my cable remote to work with the TV. They were in and out very fast and cleaned up. Everything worked. great.

I was very happy with the installation of my Whirlpool refrigerator and also with the installation of my GE Microwave. The crew cleaned up the mess and took the boxes with them. and also the old appliances.

I believe it was Brad who delivered my new TV, hooked it up, hooked up my new Blu Ray DVD player after determining my old JVC DVD player had died, helped me with my Kindle & carried away the old DVD player. He was just great.

The Geek that came to install our TV and sound bar was awesome. I am sorry I can't remember his name. He was very thorough and talked in laymen terms when explaining all of the new technology we were having installed making it easy for us to know how to operate our new system.

The agent set up the Samsung tv and walked through all of the accessibility features of the unit. He was patient and helpful.

If you buy a TV from BB, this is worth it. It is obvious that the staff is well-trained in their products. I am an IT and A/V guy by profession and while I didn't need the physical connection part of this, the tips they had about the specific model of TV were quite helpful.

Delivery and setup were flawless. Bill and Sam were absolutely fabulous! Efficient, kind, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
