The installation team was fantastic. I will use them again on future orders.

The agent hooked up my tv in the guest bedroom and then programmed it for me. Then he programmed the tv in the office also.

The technician was very helpful. He even coordinated the delivery and installation. He was very kind and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad was very friendly and helpful. Tv set-up was more complicated than I expected. They installed and set up my tv very quickly. It would have taken me a lot longer.

Two Geek Squad members arrived to unpack and setup my 65" LG OLED 4K TV. They were quick, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable.

Never had this service before but now in our seventies we needed help. The guy who came out to us we super friendly, easy to get on with and answered all our silly questions. He set everything up for us putting in password etc. Would not hesitate to use Geek squad again.

The men were very polite and installed my tv. And they helped me with my printer. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who asks.

The set up at first went fine . Had a problem with original setup. When they came back did not fix problem, and they guy said some from Topeka Best Buy would call next day to come back and fix, but no one called or came back to fix issues, they made issue worse, so will have to hire someone to fix what they messed up

Installation was prompt, efficient and tech was knowledgeable and courteous.

The agents that came to install my television were very knowledgeable. They explained how to use the television and connect to streaming services and also connected an old vcr-dvd player for me.

I am visually impaired- paid extra for tv setup- 1st guys did nothing- waited a week, 2nd guy was helpful but sound is still out of balance and I cant see to adjust it

I had thought that because my new tv is a 40" 4K Smart TV, I needed them to come set it up when I got it delivered. I really didn't need that service as there's wasn't much that they did that I would have easily figured out myself. The two guys that came by were pleasant and knowledgeable though! Nothing against them, just could have saved myself over $100. If you do choose to get the service, it is good service.

The team of two guys and their manager were great. The time took two hours but it was well worth it. The explanation of the clickers and functions and operations of the Sony TV and receiver were fine. Explanations were kept simple and understandable. The patience of the staff was great.

The TV was an older model, 55", whereas the current products were all 65" Geek squad was on time, did good job and left. We have not neded them since. They showed us how everything worked, were polite and seemed to know what they were doing.

They delivered the TV with care. Very friendly, informative, took his time to show me how it works. Helpful and attentive.

The agent did a great job connecting my new TV & setting up my Netflex & Prime Video apps on the remote.

The Geek Squad techs who came were very friendly, efficient, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were really good nonetheless. As for the service they were allowed to provide, that was somewhat lacking and almost comical. For example, they couldn't plug the cable to my soundbar and woofer (also Best Buy purchases) into the proper HDMI port.... that would be an additional $50. The service didn't include setting up any TV functions or adjustments like brightness, color, etc... only setting the TV on the cabinet and plugging it in. They turned it on and registered it, etc, but that was it. Had I known this to be the case, I wouldn't have gotten Geek Squad for this. I did the set up and soundbar set up after the guys left. The techs = 5☆. The value of the TVset up = 3☆.
