I bought a Sonos Playbar and Speaker system. Very pleased with the team that completed this process. They were knowledgeable, fast, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with their instructions on how to use the system.

Tech did a good job setting up and installing the TV for me. Excellent work.

The agent (Derrick) set up our 65” Sony TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The agent was excellent at unpacking, setup, programming all components, instructions on use and cleanup. Could not have asked for a better agent.

The Agents were able to fit me in before the scheduled window of 5:30, which was great for me. They installed the TV quickly and explained how to use the remote. I have comcast cable with several additional services. Good experience.

Agent hooked up my t.v. and hooked up DVD player. He had one in his van as my old one would not work with the new t.v. That was a big plus. Having extra items that may be needed!! Daniel was very pleasant and said to call if I needed anything else.

The installer called to see if he could arrive early, which was really appreciated. He arrived, was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, asked where I wanted the existing TV moved to, finished up and was gone. It was refreshingly pleasant.

Original TV had a power fault and I called customer service to get it taken care of. They ordered a new TV and arranged for delivery and installation of the new set.

Michael was so professional & knew what he was doing. Michael was also very kind.

The Geek Squad consisted of a personable male and female combo. They respected our home by meticulously installing the 65” TV stand and carefully explained to our family the does and don’ts of operating the TV, new programming, and new remote control.

tv was set upin the eveneing but no offer of instruction-- they were in and out very fast. The 2 guys did not ask if I needed instruction,etc. I am still trying to figure out the right sequence to use to turn on and off and sequence to use to tune to the right channel??? First time I've head an

Michael quickly installed the TV mount where we wanted it, hooked everything back up, and made sure it worked.

Our geek carried the 55in TV up three flights of stairs, put it where we wanted it, on its feet, packed up the trash, coordinated surround sound, Roku, amazon, YouTube, Netflix u till we were happy. Carried the trash down three flights of stairs and took everything with him.
