The men were very polite and installed my tv. And they helped me with my printer. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who asks.

The Geek Squad Agent did a great job, especially for a person who is not up to date on the new technology. He installed the TV, sound bar, and roku on two TVs. This guy new his stuff. He took time to train us on how everything works. Great Work

Arrived as scheduled, had already assembled my TV stand prior to arriving, got everything set up efficienty, did an excellent job managing and hiding wires and getting all my equipment to work with my universal remote and wifi. highly recommend this add on feature for the value!

Having purchased two Sony 55" televisions previously, I gave one to my mother. So, when I wanted a replacement, I went with the 65" Sony 4K. With the Geek Squad setup, the television has been everything that I wanted and expected - great picture and all.

The agent hooked up my tv in the guest bedroom and then programmed it for me. Then he programmed the tv in the office also.
