Installation was a subcontractor to Best Buy's normal installation contractor. Quick & thorough but couldn't dispose of the very large box the TV came in

The Geek Squad had my new TV up and running in no time. He show me the functions and how to use my new TV. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. Complete COVID compliance which I really appreciated.

Install and connected well. Cable and CCTV connections tested before leaving and data was flowing well.

The agents install my tv with little or no problems. Unfortunately my WiFi was no up to par. I was advise to get better reception. It was very good advice.

Geek Squad "created" an integrated TV and component entertainment system from various elements I have assembled over the years. The tech also recommended a hand held device which eliminated the need for multiple devices.

Peter and Brandon installed a home theater system with overhead projector for me back in 2018. They also did the recent mounting and configuration of my 70" Vizio 4K TV. They provided excellent, professional service. I plan to use them again shortly.

Carefully handled and mounted the television onto my new console, which they assembled. All connections were made. Television functions were checked.

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly, set it up well and attached my other devices. The agent did a great job explaining the setup and showed me how to use the remote and troubleshoot for certain issues that I may come across.

The two men from the Geek Squad were great. They had everything together very quickly and gave me a quick lesson on how to set up my internet. Both very personable and knowledgeable. Took my old antique tube TV out of the house. Had to weigh a ton. No charge! Can't beat Best Buy!
