The Geek squad offered great service both before and after the product installation. They sent frequent communications to remind me of the installation date and what I needed to do. They also provided great installation of my new television and removal of my old television.

Delivery and setup were flawless. Bill and Sam were absolutely fabulous! Efficient, kind, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

I was very happy with the installation of my Whirlpool refrigerator and also with the installation of my GE Microwave. The crew cleaned up the mess and took the boxes with them. and also the old appliances.

The guys that set up the tv where very knowledgeable. Very courteous and did not rush helping me learn the system.

The agents installed my TV without any problems. They explained how the different remotes worked and explained why. Made several worthwhile suggestions. Excellent customer service.

Very complicated set up which required a second DVD player, as Blu-Ray not compatible for a karaoke. There was a gadget required, very arcane and not carried by Best Buy, which he identified which made the whole home entertainment center work with the 75" QLED TV.

Veey friendly and knew all about the tv and how to install it. Even found and fixed a problem with my WIFI

Was a simple set up for them. Fast and efficient. The delivery window is a little out of control. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You have to take the day off.

The agent as thorough even followed up the next day to make sure all was okay.

The two gentlemen who came to install the TV were so great. Got it up and running in no time and explained to me every thing I needed to know and then some. They really were very well schooled in knowing about this TV. Thank you

The Geek Squad did an excellent job setting-up my 48" TV that I purchased at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad was here when promised. I was glad they installed the TV as it is 70" and would have been difficult to handle without experience. Set everything up and had it working in a short time...Very professional and they answered all my questions..

The third party installers removed our old TV and hooked up the new TV with sound bar. They had to find the codes for our cable remote and sound bar to be able to get everything to work properly. They did a great job.

The second time it was well done. The original crew never showed up or notified me that they weren't coming

The agent was ready to do his job upon arrival. Basically he had to swap out an older DVD player with a new one and then set if up in my system and program my remote controller. DONE beautifully. Then he added my older DVD player to my bedroom TV. I now have Blu-Ray in both rooms.

They arrived on time but were not able to complete everything. We were told that they would clean up all the wires behind the components. When I asked if they were going to do this, they said that they weren’t booked enough time to do that. Also, the outside speakers were not hooked up. We were told that the receiver that we purchased would be able to have a zone 2 for the outside speakers to play music while watching a show inside. The installers said that that couldn’t be done with the receiver we were sold...only 2 of the 4 would work, or create a zone 3 that may not match what was playing on zone 2!!?? Turned out we do need some new wiring to 2 of the speakers so we will have to wait to get the 4 speakers hooked up. I just didn’t like being promised what couldn’t be delivered. Still in the process for a possible change in receivers to do what we need. At $799, I would expect it to be able to do the 2 zones.

Geek Squad installed the TV, hooked up the cable and sound bar, and gave some basic, helpful instructions. It would have been great if they could have eliminated the need for a 2nd remote, but the Roku apparently does not allow for that. And additional TV set up was not available because either a cable box or Roku stick are needed. Lots of open questions.

The Geek Squad agents were very good at setting up the TV as well as all the additional things we had such as sound system. They were patient and made sure everything was set up as well as setting up short cuts to access netflix, HBO, showtime etc that we had never used before.

I’m so glad I purchased this product. For those of us who aren’t at all great with new technology, this is a great thing to get. The person who came was personable, very knowledgeable, and made sure I could operate everything with understanding before she left.
