Helped set up our new OLED television and demo the functionality of numerous features. They were extremely patient with my lack of technical skills and stayed until I was able to understand and manage every new feature.

They arrived in a timely manner and set my mom's tv up. They even hooked her firestick up to it. Thank you best buy.

The agents set up the TV and connected the sound bar - everything works great! The only problem was when one agent put the remote batteries in backwards - but the other agent quickly recognized the problem and corrected it so it worked properly.

The agent installed the TV, sound bar and DVD player and showed me how to work everything. He added a metal swivel mount to the TV which works much better than the ugly little feet that did not wok with my furniture. Excellent job by Jared!

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR , PCTURE QUALITY IS GREAT . THE BUILT IN DVD PLAYER IS GREAT AND EASY TO USE./ THE PACKAGE IS COMPACT ENOUGH TO MOVE FROM ROOM TO ROOM WITHOUT HAVING TO CONNECT AND DISCONNECT WIRES TO DVD PLAYER AND SPEAKERS . VERY EASY TO OPERATE

Not able yo lift so had BB do setup (little pricey) but the TV was set up fast and all packaging taken away. Guys knew exactly what they were doing and very professional. TV is connected but not able to connect to prime because I did not have my network PW.

Got a call from Geek Squad. Since they were running ahead of schedule, they asked if they could come early and get out TV set up. It was a great experience. They were fast, efficient and professional. Great job and happy customer.

This was actual a 49" monitor. I'm 82 with bad knees. The best buy guys came in and did everything that could be asked of them.

The Tech that came out was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are disappointed that he could not get the headphones to work through the converter Best Buy sold us, but that was not his fault. We must have been sold the wrong product.

The agents connected TV completely, and explained with patients required just how to operate. They did not leave without a thorough lesson. Very nice men and very thorough.

The agents kept me informed of their scheduled arrival. They took the broken TV and set up this new TV. They were efficient & answered all my questions. They explained how to use the different TV functions.

New TV is great! “Haul away” service (paid up-front) was not done when the new TV was delivered; it was re-scheduled but I was called by deliverer that it was a tube TV - too heavy to hail-away (I told BB all about it when it was re-scheduled); so, it was re-scheduled again but I was called & told that whoever re-scheduled this mistakenly scheduled a repair crew; so, it had to be re-scheduled yet again for today; the person coming called me & said he was by himself; so, he needed to find someone to help him with it (again, it was communicated to be a very heavy TV & needed 2 people); another person did come to help him & they hauled it away (finally, though it was the 4th time scheduled)!

Eric set up my tv. He was very knowledgeable. He is a very nice person. Hes a great person for that job.

The agent did a great job connecting my new TV & setting up my Netflex & Prime Video apps on the remote.
