The whole experience was helpful, i just wish I have taken notes! The gentlemen who helped install both TV and computer were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, seemed to go beyond simple installation requirements to reassure me.

This was actual a 49" monitor. I'm 82 with bad knees. The best buy guys came in and did everything that could be asked of them.

Installed the tv and disc player quickly and neatly. Gave us a nice tutorial and answered all of our questions.

Awesome service! They took care of our TV as they brought it in the house and placed it on the tv stand.

Installed TV quickly but discovered we had to order a new wall mount because it wouldn't handle this size TV. It came the next day when I ordered it from Bestbuy, but Geek Squad guy couldn't return until the next week and now its mounted and working.

Installation was a subcontractor to Best Buy's normal installation contractor. Quick & thorough but couldn't dispose of the very large box the TV came in

Ken did the TV set up and Andre' was the on line consultant. Both were polite, friendly and expert in what they did. The service offered connection and syncing of our home service and current devices to our new smart TV. In our opinion, The service was a value for what our family received.

I had a complete 4K system with blue ray smart player, surround sound receiver, cable box and 70" smart tv. They helped me set up the system and recommended I purchase a smart remote to access the entire system with 1 remote. I did and am very happy with the results.

Geek Squad guys were great. Set the TV up and synced to Uverse, hooked all my electronics to the TV quickly and efficiently. Walked me through how to use the capabilities of the TV. Cleaned up all the wrapping and boxes and took with. This setup was an excellent buy!

I had the Geek Squad stop by and set up my 4K Sony Bravia and these guys did an outstanding job. Everything from assembling my TV to explaining certain features along with the set up was spot on amazing. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The installers were such a pleasure to work with. They were very kind and courteous. They hooked our beautiful TV up with no problems and then moved the old one to another room in our house. We are very pleased!

My new tv was installed and hooked to the sound system. The old tv was moved upstairs for me and attached to my dvd player

I believe it was Brad who delivered my new TV, hooked it up, hooked up my new Blu Ray DVD player after determining my old JVC DVD player had died, helped me with my Kindle & carried away the old DVD player. He was just great.

been very happy with this TV. quite and picture is nice. I've had a few glitches streaming to the TV, but unsure if wifi or source related vs the TV. Could be user error.

The geek squad delivered, installed and set up my new 65 in TCL Roku tv. They went over all instructions and answered many questions. After they left I called them with another question. They were happy to help. Impressed with their care for their customers.

Very nice, friendly , very knowledgeable. They delivered it on time. Called before they came so I could put my two big dogs up. I didn't want they to jump all over them.
