He was a few minutes late but they called and let me know this was going to happen. When he arrived he went right to work on the installation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything went great. New Tv unboxed and up and running. Installation of You Tube and FRNDLy apps for streaming was great.

Been hesitant to sign up for the Geek Squad service but with all the new tech I decided to try it. The Tech that came out and set up my TV did a great job, got it connected to a new soundbar and got everything working with the Echo's and all the side items. Sense then I had a Tech come out to help with getting my other smart home devices all synced and working and he did a great job. So far my 2 experiences have been really good and am planning on continuing to use the service.

The Geek Squad who delivered and set up my television were amazing. They were so careful handling the television from unpacking it to setting it up in my cabinet. They spent plenty of time explaining the features and the remote control. They also set up all of the channels that I have subscriptions with the sign-ins and passwords. I couldn't not have done this on my own. Thank goodness for this service provided by Best Buy!

David, the person who set this up, was very comprehensive in his demonstration to me. He explained it thoroughly in ways that I could understand. Well I do have a master's degree, I am 80 years old and not that tech savvy with this kind of application. The installation was very pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable.

The agent fixed the problem we had with our new Sony TV. The agent was great very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was doing, and he told us some things we could do for streaming programs. He is welcome in our house any time.

TV placed on stand and connected. Antonio and Evan took their time and answered all of my questions, explained everything so I could understand about the smart TV and control and gave me time to write some of t down. They did not rush me, make me feel stupid or anything negative. Both were delightful young men, patient and friendly! I have a friend that will be buying a new TV and using the Geek Squad to have hers mounted on wall.

Geek squad is the best the agent was great, he set up theTV made sure cable was working properly with remotes and our sound system was on point. Enjoying ourTV without the hassle of trying to set it up ourselves.

I live alone, so I definitely needed assistance getting the TV set up on the stand and on my entertainment center. The Geek Squad person was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He set me up, gave me pointers for configuration, and took my old TV to be recycled.

The Geek Squad gentlemen who installed my 75 inch TV did so with amazing speed and knowledge. As I have a hearing problem, I have a blue tooth device that brings the sound right inside my hearing aids. The new TV presented a bit of a problem hooking up the ComPilot so that it could function properly. The lead tech said no problem, hustled over to the store, and brought back the necessary connectors in a flash so I had sound while the TV was muted thus saving my marriage from an annoyed wife who watches on her TV without the annoying sound from mine.
