Andrew from the Geek Squad is fantastic. He was patient, answered all my questions, and offered great suggestions for both my new TVs.

The representative slowly walked us through the basics mindful that we're 81 years old. We didn't grow up in the digital world. The guy was respectful and patient with a pair of old fuds.

The two GS technicians that came over were very nice and quick to set up the tv. They took the time to show me how it worked and some of the features on there.

Had a good experience with Geek Squad installing my new Soney OLED TV. However I am rather disappointed with the picture quality on the TV. Consumer Reports had it rated the highest but it definitely does not look as good as the one in the store. So I am not sure if everything is set up correctly on it.

They were SO helpful. Very courteous, polite & friendly. It really helped us, we r an old couple with minimal electronic skills.

When I watch Geek Squad mount TVs it sure looks like common sense and easy. I’ve decided I’d rather pay them to do it the right way and I’ll keep watching.

geek squad set up the tv and sound bar and told me what had to be done in order to get my dvd to work. however, the sound bar seems to have a problem which the geek squad does not seem able to address

The Geek Squad Agent delivered my TV and connected it to my home theater, my Wi-Fi network and my cable box. He also demonstrated the full range of functions of my new TV. He removed my old TV for recycling.

Geek swuatd crew were on time and friendly but seemed to be in a hurry. Thru thpught thry were only there to drop the tv off. I said no, its also for an install. The guy set up the tv and told me the tv id had hooked up a couple days before, all that info pulled up in the memory and all my apps were already programmed and good to go. However that was not the case. I had to set up each app myself after he left, about twelve! He also snatched the plastic off the front of the tv pretty fast and hard before i could tell him no i wanted that to stay on for a while so finger prints wont get on there or just in case i changed my mind and sent the tv back. After they took the other tv that i was returning back to their van,I saw from my balcony they opened the doors and either a new box console or a small tv fell out the back onto the concrete ground. The guy just picked it up and put it back in. I mean if that was my merchandise and i received it cracked or damaged, i dont think geek squad would accept the responsibility for it. I’m just saying.

The agent who stalled and then fixed my tv was great!! The process to get it delivered and looked at wasn't so good though.

He was able to come first thing in the morning. Due to me working nights. Was able to set it up very quickly and did an excellent job.

The delivery team did a great job delivering and setting up my new YV. The sales associate was great too.
