My delivery was set back a week. When delivered the fellas were very knowledgeable and set up my Samsung 65” TV easily. Men were very courteous, neat and respectful. Wore shoe booties which I very much appreciated.

The work was done in a very professional way and great explanations were given on how to operate the TV.

The geek squad was very professional. They removed the old mount and replaced it with a new swivel mount. I am now enjoying watching my tv from recliner in the living room and the dining area.

The technicians mounted our tv and connected it to all the other devices and reprogrammed our remote. They did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable!!

The Geek Squad technician was competent, friendly and helpful when getting my TV and home theater up and running after being disconnected for months while my home underwent repairs. I would certainly call on him again if needed.

The Geek Squad installers did an amazing job. They had all the right equipment, set everything up exactly the way I wanted. I actually paid them to setup another TV that I had purchased on a previous date and they were completely willing to help with that as well.

Was a simple set up for them. Fast and efficient. The delivery window is a little out of control. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You have to take the day off.

The installers were very good and setup the TV in a short period of time. They gave us instructions on how to use the TV and set everything up that we needed to know.
