Professional tv and receiver installation by friendly, technically knowledgeable individuals.

Excellent professional and friendly service and the installer connected all my equipment.

Spend the money and think it just plug and play WRONG!!!! By using this service not once but two times during set up problems with the equipment were spotted, replaced and set up for me to enjoy without the wondering why this or that was not working.

The agent as thorough even followed up the next day to make sure all was okay.

When I purchased a smart TV I also purchased the installation by the GEEK SQUAD. Our "Geek" could not have been better. Not only did he install my TV he made sure I knew what to do. I cannot say enough about him. I strongly recommend Geek Squad.

The TV tech installed and connected all my devices He was courteous, patient, and very helpful with explaining all questions and demonstrating the remote, channels, etc.

Tech identified a Sony connecting cable, that was not available at Best Buy, and would need to be ordered directly from Sony or (was available) from Amazon. I ordered from Amazon. Installed and this did correct the problem.

I was extremely pleased with the Geek Squad delivery and set-up of my LG G1 65" OLED TV. The tech was very professional, friendly, and had the TV set-up and working perfectly in no time.

I ordered a 75” TV and had the guys deliver and set it up upstairs. They were quick but not rushed and followed the new safety guidelines. I will always have them deliver and set up. So much easier to pay to have it done!

The geek squad came in setup my new TV and surround sound system very efficiently. They removed all the debris and left my house in the same condition as they entered. They were also very helpful in helping me understand all the new features of my new system.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of Installing and setting up the TV

Agent did a good job. He did not set up closed caption or explain privacy settings. I paid for one year geek squad service and when I called and asked them to walk me through adding another streaming service they said they do not help with set up only troubleshooting. Are you kidding me?

I have used the Geek Squad before to hook up either new equipment or when moving. They did not disappoint this time either. Chris was the tech who hooked up my stuff after moving and was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use the Squad again in the future.

Tech reviewed existing installation of the 55" TV being replaced, concluded that it would support the new, larger 75" TV and installed it while saving me the cost of a new wall mount (which I had purchased and was able to return to Best Buy for a refund).
