I had Geek Squad deliver and set up my new TV. The set up was quick but allowed time for my questions.The Geek Squad Associate helped me make some connection choices that I wasn't aware of. The service seemed professional yet personalized. Well worth the cost.

The agents were fantastic, knowledgeable, and so polite even my dog Harry loved them. If Harry likes you then you’re Golden!

These guys were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful They helped set up and condense our remotes. Helped set up TV in another room. Answered all of our questions. We wanted to tip but they didn't take it. I think that's a weird policy.

My husband and I are not tech savvy. The agent made sure we were connected to cable had our apps functioning and had our DVD player hooked up. He patiently explained how to get everything working. It was worth every penny to avoid the do it yourself aggregation.

The men who came to my home to install the TV were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

The setup went well. The people doing the setup were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained stuff in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I haven't had any issues with the TV since and don't anticipate to have any, any time soon.

The delivery people carried this upstairs, unpacked and made sure it worked with my cable box. They were professional and patient with explaining to me what they were doing.

The agents were very friendly and very helpful. We asked if they could do the wiring through the wall and they did a quick and terrific job with it.

I am so glad I paid for the geek squad to deliver my new 55 inch Sony tv. They brought it in, took away the old one, set up the new one, programmed everything, then gave me a short lesson. I sat back and told them if it needed to be shifted to the left or right. Yay!

The geek squad did amazing job by mounting and set up my TV stand. They also connected it to internet. I appreciate their help.
