In and out with no fuss. I was in a hurry for work and they were able to accommodate my early appt.

Geek Squad was awesome. Called and let me know when they were coming, they were on-time. Very pleasant and helpful in setting up the TV and explaining features to me. They were great.

The geek squad delivered and set up my new 75 inch TV and connected everything with my surround sound system and other audio equipment and explains it all to me--whereas the warehouse self pick up would not come close to their great service.

The technician put on a mask and a gloves, wipe down everything. Then set it up and explained how to work various functions. The next day it quit working and came back on fixed it. It was a really great experience.

The Geek Squad's agent that came and installed my LG was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through everything and answered all of my questions.

We had a TV on our patio removed, it stopped working. We purchased a new 55” TV at BestBuy and it was delivered and installed by Geek Squad on Wednesday. He did a wonderful job and was very polite.

The scheduling was an absolute nightmare. Everything was set up and confirmed, took the day off and NO ONE showed up. When we called, they wanted to charge me extra/again for their failure to show. It took multiple times to get it resolved, but when we did get a rep that seemed to know what they were doing, they were very helpful. However, once we actually had someone on-site, they were WONDERFUL! The tech was great!!

Tech was super Really knowledgeable on how to do the job right. I would recommend Tool Tech anytime. Not that low price but excellent service

The Geek (Noel) was so helpful, he went out of his way to install the TV. He had to go to the store to get a stand that the new television would fit on. We appreciate his help!!
