The geek squad came through again. They connected a new device to my 65” tv. I could not have done it on my own. They answered all of my questions and were clean and polite. Very pleasant to have them in my house.

The agent arrived on time, assembled and connected both of my TVs to my Internet carrier. He was cordial, polite, and totally professional.

The set-up was efficiently and professionally done. My TV is mounted on the wall and the replacement only took a few minutes.

First they tokkk down our screen, etc prior to the man cave remodel. At that time the agent briefed our contractor on requirements for reinstallation, outlets, etc. The reinstall went smoothly and you really ought to see the man cave! These guys are great.

Ricki, the geek squad member, was rude and irritable from the moment I opened the door to invite him and his colleague to deliver and install my tv. He spoke rudely, glared at me on several occasions and displayed passive aggressive behavior and an attitude. His demeanor and attitude unsettled and confused me. I did not expect this kind of treatment in my own home. I kept cool and composed throughout this ordeal to focus on the installation. When I asked him technical questions and to find out how to adjust some advanced tv features in Sony Bravia 9 85 inch tv, his standard response was “Don’t worry about it”. I was shocked to get that response repeatedly from him. He did not help me with any of the technical features and didn’t answer a single technical question about the product. What I was promised and what actually happened on that day were polar opposites. I was bitter and angry for several days afterwards for the way I was treated by this guy. The other geek squad member was respectable and knowledgeable and professional in his approach.

Geek squad is so professional and really help you understand TV and patient with questions.

Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain all the features of the television. Adhered to all Covid-19 requirements. A great experience and well worth the money.

The Geek Squad arrived promptly and were very courteous. They installed my Sony tv in a short time and made sure I understood how to use the remote. Saved me an enormous amount of time!
