The Geek Squad dude delivered TV at a time convenient for me and set it up, so I could use immediately! I’m pretty low tech so he walked me threw the basics! The Geek’s rock!

Kattie hooked up our new LG 50" TV, installed ROKU, and showed us how to use it all. Job done professionally, quickly, and humorously.

there was no delivery but the GS did come out and connect the TV to all the equipment and mounted it on the wall; everything was done in a very professional manner, including cleaning up (the very little) mess made by the drilling.. all in all, great job...

Agent got tv all set up and showed us how to work everything. Also connected the tv to our apps with the necessary passwords. Gave us a big tip for the other tv in the family room for a wireless connection.

The set up at first went fine . Had a problem with original setup. When they came back did not fix problem, and they guy said some from Topeka Best Buy would call next day to come back and fix, but no one called or came back to fix issues, they made issue worse, so will have to hire someone to fix what they messed up

1st TV was defective, and due to shipping errors waited 1 month for CORRECT AND WORKING TV TO ARRIVE. WHILE ALL BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL THE DELIVERY SYSTEM IS POOR AT BEST.

Paul did a great job in connecting our new tyv. He explained all the features and even saved us some money by being able to use the existing wall mount instead of using the new wall mount I had purchased. I definitely recommend geek squad installation!
