The two Geek Squad members were on time, friendly and efficient. They were knowledgeable and set up the TV quickly and explained how to use it. They even hooked up my speakers to the TV for better sound.

The guys were great. I'm not bad with technology, but setting up my new smart tv and connecting it to other devices would have taken me forever. Geek squad knew how to set up the existing sound bar and subwoofer to our new Sony A95 55 inch TV. they were thorough and very professional

Hesitated going the TV set up by Geek Squad route and what a stupid move on my part. Not wall mounted, so it wasn't very complicated, but still: what if I did something wrong never mind all the settings? For me, it turned out to be money well spent. Avery arrived at the time promised and set up didn't take more than an hour. Avery and Theresa worked well together, were polite, professional, patient with my questions, explained not only the steps along the way but also how the TV and the various inputs would work. I would not hestitate to use the Geek Squad service in the future.

The technicians arrived on time. They connected my tv and set it up with all connections in about 30 minutes. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. They asked me if I had questions which they answered. Would recommend if you need this service. I am a senior citizen, and the service was beneficial for me.

The w workers were extremely efficient as well knowleable and very informative to help us grasp any new info that we needed. There was no hesitation about what or how to perform their job and they acted “like our kids”…helping us understand the process of usuing the new tv..remote and channels! GREAT JOB!

Excellent service by Jayden and his Geek squad team for my Samsung TV delivery and set up. They were on time quick, but careful in setting up the 77" TV. Jayden spent time going over the tv with me and helping to customize it. He left his contact information so the if I had any issues he would help to resolve them for. Couldn't ask for better Best Buy install.

The technician arrived on time, studied the place where the TV stand was, and then brought in the box. He was careful with the technical details and explained everything clearly. He was also mindful of the aesthetic of the placement. He was very efficient with the installation, which was done in a short amount of time. He had helpful technical suggestions. In addition, he was respectful of my home: moved carefully around the furniture and wore plastic booties to spare the carpet. He was courteous and cheerful. He made my day!

Geek squad was great. They installers were professional, made me feel at ease. They completely setup the TV by going into the menus and choosing the best picture quality based on my answers to their questions. Whether or not to use the assistance of the Geek Squad to deliver and set up their new TV is a question that more Best Buy customers are asking themselves as average TV sizes continue to increase. Gone are the days when most TV buyers purchased a television they could place in their sedans or small vehicles and set up themselves after connecting a couple of cords and cables. Today the average TV purchased in the USA has a diagonal of 65", and it is becoming commonplace for people to turn their living rooms into entertainment centers with TVs above 75" as the centerpiece. Although we purchased a midsize TV by current standards, my wife and I decided to pay for the Geek Squad service to deliver and set it up and are pleased that we did. After calling to let us know they were on the way, two Geek Squad installers arrived in the time window we had agreed upon. Both were professional and customer oriented, and it was apparent they knew what they were doing. Before leaving they explained whatever we needed to know about the TV and its remote, and answered any questions we had. We definitely believe we made the right decision to use the assistance of the Geek Squad, and recommend their delivery and installation service to others.
