Because of my busy, I decided to pay Geek Squad to setup my tv and tv stand to save me time plus it best to have two ppl. They arrived in the promise time frame were quick, nice and polite. However, idk best buy used a third party company to do the setup.

He adjusted my tv the best he could, he also explained to me that I needed faster internet speed to get a better picture. That's why the quality of the picture isn't as good as it should be. And as expensive as the tv was I was expecting a way better picture when watching the tv.

I'm totally satisfied with my 32 inch Vizio TV. I downloaded Philo streaming service and I have most of the channels I had with Optimum cable TV for a lot less money.

The agent did a great job of connecting tv and devices. I would have liked a little more tutoring for the remote. He was unable to sync my direct tv remote to control some functions. I would really have liked him to reach out to amazon for the tv code numbers.

Excellent quality image. Especially like the central stand. Easy to locate on appropirate piece of furniture. No need to hang from the wall. Very satisfied with the product.
