I think that using contracted people to do your services is a risk and the people being used should be checked more carefully as it gives Best Buy a bad name when the work or service is not up to your usual customer care level.

The Geek Squad has always been superlative, friendly knowledgeable crew, updates on arrival, on time, courteous and respectful of your home.

They were very good and they knew very well what they were doing

Agent set up tv and explained everything. He took his time explaining and made sure i understood how everything works

The geek squad came to get the Bose speaker working that I had on my other TV The crew that set up the TV could not get it to work so I had to call the geek squad we are just about to call the geek squad back because we are having trouble turning the TV on along with the sound something is just still not right we have to hit three or four buttons just to turn the TV on and make the sound work with it

Geek Squad came out and hooked me up with an amazing job and hid all if my cables and moved all of my equipment to the basement. I had a lot of work done so it took them 2 days but the results are amazing everything functions how it is supposed to.

I would absolutely recommend that the Geek Squad take on this task! What could have taken me a couple of hours to figure out, my Geek Squad technician did in a matter of minutes, and explained everything to me along the way. Well worth it!

Tech (Tony) was super competent in making all the connections in an efficient manner. AND, he spent more time instruction us on operating the complete system once connected. Saved my wife & me about 10 hours figuring everything out.

I would recommend this TV to anyone it's a great TV good picture good sound great purchase

Thanks to the geek squad team my new high tech TV set up was smooth and efficient. The techs helped me set it up and maximized the performance of my new big screen!

The techs were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They installed the in wall power extension, mount and performed tv connect; all the time checking with me. It was a wonderful example of professionalism.

The delivery and installation of our new Smart TV was completed quickly!! The agent was friendly and efficient! We loved having this service, so we didn't need to worry about doing everything correctly!!!

The Geek Squad guys were GREAT! They took care of everything, answered our questions, great at explaining our new tv system and soundbar, left everything very neat/clean, and followed up with a very informative email.

All done well , had to put feet on tv to fit my stand . Sony could have a better design like Samsung . Got rid of everything and even got my Apple TV connected .

The Geek squad technicians expertly mounted my 65" LG TV and Bose sound bar with no issues and they were extremely efficient. Highly recommend since a failed DIY attempt could have you saddled with thousands of dollars of high tech junk!

They connected the TV and all the auxiliary things. They showed me how to operate the remotes. They were very professional in how they did there job They also told me about the other things my warranty covered ie phone, computer.

The install tech was very knowledgeable. Had it setup and going in no time. Diplomatically, pointed out I had some outdated equipment installed. Ran through some of the setup features. Was very patient with me. Answered all my questions.

The agents did a great job of setting up my TV. Suggested solutions for my App/Wi Fi connectivity problem.
