Well worth it. Mr Geek knew exactly what needed to be done and explained operation.

I always use the Geek Squad for TV purchases. I don't have to waste time connecting devices or figuring out where everything is. They put it all together, show me & make sure everything is operational. I've also called the 800 number and received immediate help.

It was amazing seeing the team mount my proje tor screen. The precision they used was amazing.

the two BEST Buy tv installation were very professional and quick To install our 65" LG television. they did it inside of 30 minutes

I may have been able to do this but because I paid for it, I didn't have to think about it and it was all working perfectly when they left. If I had time and a tight budget I may have been willing to do this myself next time, but I didn't want to mess with unforeseen settings and inevitable problems so I was willing to avoid headaches of spending the afternoon working on it.

Was a great way to have new technology installed for someone who does not understand all the new stuff that is out there and made his living overhauling 80 year old aircraft engines that were designed before computers were invented.

Geek Squad set up TV quickly and took the time to show me the remote and settings. Wish that the automated scheduling system was easier to use to speak with a live person to followup on delivery time.

Tyler and Carmen work so good together. Although there were numerous electronic devices that they worked on to make sure they were all synced together, they got everything working in record time. They are our go-to "A Team!"

The tv we were replacing was mounted high on a stand, and I worried that dismounting it wouldn't be included. The service people, however, were awesome. They took it down and mounted the new tv with no problem. The service was worth the money.
