A 3rd party contractor 'Installs Inc' performed the work and did a fine job.

Gave me a window for the appointment but then they called and narrowed it down even more. They arrived on time set everything up and left with no mess for me to clean up. Got to sit down and enjoy a movie on my new tv right away. Very pleased.

Geek Squad did a super job. Saleman did not tell us that this TV only performed to the maximum extent with internet...not the Spectrum box it is hooked in to.

Because of my age, I always buy from stores offering installation. Agents placed TV atop our TV cabinet, hooked it up & made necessary settings. I was taught to use the remote control. Excellent service.

Two guys from Best Buy came out and set up my 75 Inch TCL TV and it took maybe 20 mins they were fast and knew what they were doing. Everything was set up and they showed me how it worked and knew their stuff. Great service!

I was working while they came with my father in law at my house. Received a call that they were close and explained what I had in mind to the gentleman. Came home to my new 65" mounted to the wall. Was cleaned up like no one ever drilled a single hole.

Arrived on time , set the TV up quickly and took the time to instruct me in the proper way to take full advantage of my new TV.

A third party was sent out to set up my Tv , he was very professional and set the tv up , but he didn't explain the picture could have been better by doing a couple of adjustments that would have saved me alot of headaches other than that I have meet the actual geek squad and they are the best .

The geek squad absolutely makes up for lack of store phone service and customer service training. GEEK SQUAD ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE USED ON SERVERAL OCCASIONS.

Our agent removed old wiring in order to improve a more organized and expedient installation. He even helped us put our old 55" tv in the new box, which we transported and donated to a family member. Excellent service!
