    The professionalism, politeness , and mannerism displayed by Darwin Marmolejos. He is certainly an asset to Best Buy. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything that was done including, but not limited to the setup, before he left.

    Kyle did a great job in setting up my TV and walking me through the numerous features. He was very professional and took care to pick everything up and leave my living room clean.

    The Geek Squad was great. They arrived on time, connected our new 55" TV, showed us how to work the remote and didn't snicker when their age 70+ clients needed extra instruction.

    This was a complicated instatlation in my newly remodeled man cave.. The team was professional , personable and more than competent. Good cleanup after the job. It was a pleasure having these men here. Everything has been installed without a problem.

    Technicalions called when they were on their way and arrived on time. My new TV was installed where I wanted it. They cleaned up and took all trash with them. They explained TV operation to me and allowed me to operate while they were here.

    The techs set up everything and patiently explained the functions. We also did some hands on to satisfy the technician and ourselves that we understood the operation.

    The agents called me to give me an accurate estimate of their arrival time. They quickly installed my TV, and assisted me installing my Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, and spent some time explaining how to operate the remotes.

    Purchased a 65inch LG Oled TV for 2000 dollars watched YT videos of setup and saw tv was somewhat fragile and definitely needed 2 people for a safe setup. Didn't have anybody who was available to help so I purchased a Geek squad connect and setup for $149 figuring if something went wrong it would be on them. After a few emails and phone calls of what would happen on delivery and how to prepare for the 2 people they were sending I thought everything was all good. Well that isn't how it went at all. First of all a contractor came not a Best Buy employee which was ok since it said so in the agreement. Trouble was he was by himself and said no one was coming to help him because they were on another call. So not wanting to have my tv transported again I had to help carry the TV into my house. Then once the tech started unboxing l also had to help with that. He told me he should be ok from here on out. A few minutes later he asks if l could help put the TV on the stand. When we tried to put the TV up it was very unstable. The tech said he didn't know why. Fortunately l had watched all those videos. He obviously had no knowledge of the product and didn't bother to use the instructions because he had failed to attach the front part of the stand.So again I had to help him lay the tv back down. He attached the missing piece and l helped him lift the tv back on the stand. After that he did connect my cable box and gaming consoles. Fortunately the tv works fine even after all the extra handling and the person they sent was very polite and did the best he could. So here's where it gets even better when l looked up the order # l notice they had charged me twice for the setup. So after calling support I was able to get my credit card credited for the untaxed extra charge. However the service l did receive was NOT what I paid $149 for. No customer should have to lift a finger when this fee is charged. I realize these things are harder during a pandemic but DO BETTER BEST BUY if you can't send enough people then deliver only when you can. Also tell those people to use instructions if they aren't familiar with the product they're setting up. To sum it up wait until you can get a buddy to help and save your money.
