The guys who installed the TV were excellent, quick, professional and cleaned up thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied with the service.

They removed my TV from the box, hooked it up to all my devices, placed it on my cabinet and turned it on to make sure it was running okay. All other functions were then left up to me to figure out on my own.

I believe the call center was the problem. I left a message twice and it was not relayed to the technician and then the wrong information was relayed. Also the technician had to respond to my house 2x's just to set up my TV and it almost seemed the first time, he was in a big hurry and not really paying attention. I don't think I will be using the Geek Squad again. The first time I used the Geek Squad five years ago was much different, very helpful and knowledgeable. He said to call him anytime with any issues. I was very disappointed this time around

The agent Daniel mounted TV stand and connected all of my devices in a flash! Very professional, courteous and efficient! Daniel also explained how to use the remotes and make adjustments if I needed! Fantastic!

We had no idea how to set up this new tv, much less set it up for streaming video. The Geek Squad tech guy set everything up and explained how to use the remote to stream videos, etc.. We were pleased and feel it was worth it to purchase this service.

Geek squad set up my 60" Sony TV. They were very friendly and on time. I have to say I'm really dissatisfied with the TV. Poor color, not so good picture. Not sure if the TV is just a bad choice or it could have been set up better. Not sure what to put on recommending to someone due to not liking the TV but liking the friendly service and on time part.
