I was able to take advantage of the holiday pricing for this service. I am glad that I did. I didn't have this service when my first tv arrived damaged. I made sure to get it when I ordered the replacement. It may not like you don't need it, but think about 'white glove' treatment. The peace of mind was worth it. Plus, it was part of the overall plan with additional benefits.

The 2 Geek Squad techs that came to my home were great wore their masks, shoe covers, very polite. They took down my previous plasma and removed from my home, unpacked and set up my new TV, one of the the techs did a outstanding job neatly rolled excess wires with zip ties, and electrical tape in the back of TV. The other tech installed my apps for me, hooked up sound system, and blu-ray player with my universal remote. They left no mess behind, even discarded large empty box, and Styrofoam packing for me.

Set Up Team arrived in a timely fashion, went straight to work and had everything in place and working within a half hour. I really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

First the salesperson at Best Buy was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our purchases. Secondly, the installers that set up our tv were also very friendly and did a very nice job.

Technician was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything afterwards and discarded, leaving me nothing to do other than turn on TV. Process was smooth and he had TV plus all auxiliary devices hooked up in a jiffy. I've tried multiple times to upload a picture but was unsuccessful!

Glad I had Best Buy do the installation. They unpacked the tv set it up in and most importantly went through all the setup requirements with the cable company

We were very pleased with the Geek Squad fellows that installed our Samsung tv. They gave us notice when they would arrive and completed the installation quickly.

Due to TV product problems had experience with 3 separate Geek Squad teams. Can’t say enough about their service. Both teams and one single ‘Squad’ member were GREAT ! All were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and patient (I’m told my questions and narratives tend to distract and irritate). I was amazed how fast and efficient they all were with the TV set up and with the technical aspect of connecting everything together. They impressed me ! THE AGENTS WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS,CONSIDERATE AND VERY CAPABLE. THEY UNPACKED AND SET-UP MY 77 INCH OLED LG TV AND MY BOSE 900 SOUND BAR. THEY MADE SURE THE EQUIPMENT WAS OPERATING PROPERLY, INSTRUCTED ME IN THE USE OF THE REMOTES AND OTHER DEVICES AND REMOVED ALL PACKAGING IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANNER. IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THE SERVICE AGAIN.

The person was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained how to work things so that I understood it.

An hour prior to their arrival, they telephoned me with the approximate arrival time. They quick unpacked it; placed it on the Tv Stand; and tested it. I had my Comcast information available so it did not take long. The Tv was operating and he asked if I had any questions for him? I said no. They did a good and quick job! At the conclusion, I asked for the Operating Manual. The leader informed me that the Tv had none and i should use the installed one. He then proceed to show me how to enter the Setting menu and select the manual. After he left, I did do it and reviewed the installed manual.

The technician was on time and very experienced and proficient. He took care to insure that I was comfortable with the operation of the TV.

Thank you to Philip and Jose from Geek Squad in Southern California who helped to resolve my delivery issues and get us all set up. After a much anticipated delivery, the two agents showed up with my new television, connected, and set up my new Sony BRAVIA A9S flawlessly. They made what was an unpleasant situation easier, and I am thankful for their ability to resolve an issue and simultaneously exceed my expectations with my new purchase!

Geek Squad has always been such a good experience for me. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The technician set up my tv and laptop and showed me how to increase my speed on an old computer by using ethernet cable. He was helpful with Roku also.
