The tech was very professional. Took the time to explain how the tv worked. Set up the Roku device also.

Recently purchased a Samsung 65" Q90T. Had free delivery and install/set up since I am an Elite Plus member. I took advantage of the free delivery however I decided to install the TV myself. I have a rather large entertainment center and am very particular about cable placement/install. Geek Squad will not move any large furniture or do custom cable hiding/zip strip so I figured id do it myself. I would recommend this option for anyone not familiar with installing a TV or for someone that doesn't have an extra set of hands to help lift the TV on a stand or wall mount.

The Geek guys that came were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure that I knew how to work with the features that were new to me.

The tech had a lot of knowledge in the set up and also was quick in cleaning my PC. She also explained how the remote worked and gave me some short cuts.

The crews that did my tv and sound bar were wonderful. Very polite. Their goal was to make sure that all my questions were answered.

The agent connected Tv and it worked for a dsy or so then didn't work right. On ph with 4 or so Best Buy & Geek Squad-- sent to Samsung tech 1 time. Finally Geek Squad reconnected not with cable but with HDMI2. Tv never turns on same way & is frustrating to use. Picture is good, sound quality is ok. Like Samsung TV - 3 one.

Everything was set up including my tv remotes, Netflix and Prime Video apps and television on my Comcast equipment. My old TV that was not "smart" was taken away. It was well worth the additional cos for this service. I also bought extended service on my new TV the Geek Squad was present.

The team did everything they were supposed to do. They got the TV hooked up and explain to me how to work it connected it to my wi-fi system and everything works perfectly.

The Geek Squad members helped connect TV to Prime and Netflix and my external antenna. I stream everything but local stations. They explained how to work remote and use it.

The agents did a great job. They connected my TV to my other devices e.g., Dish box, DVD player , sound bar and set it all up to work seamlessly

As I am not technologically advanced having the geek team come to my home to set up my TV with DVR was easy and quick they answered all my questions they showed me several times how to use the remote control.

They assembled my new TV stand, set up my TV, programmed my Logitech remote, and made sure everything was in harmony! Rick answered all my questions regarding my new equipment and was a wealth of information. I have a disability and Rick tweet my equipment to help with my disability. Well worth the price to have everything taken care of for me. They were patient with me and my numerous questions as well and even told me what I needed to connect some older equipment to work with my new TV. If you get him you will be so happy he is so knowledgeable fun easy to get along with and hooks your stuff up very fast and suggest ideas that you won't even think of he was great I'm always going to get him
