geek Squad great: boo to the store and online chat

I called Cuyahoga Falls Ohio store and no one called me back. Luckily Geek Squad's Nathan saved the deal. Still waiting for someone to pick up my old TV

They explained how it all worked and asked for input on the mounting so it was exactly where I wanted it. They were so helpful and did an awesome job.
