Geek Squad knowledge was extremely helpful in getting the TV hooked up quickly and properly. When spending a fair amount of money on a new TV, the last thing you want is for it not to be connected correctly.

David and Thomas made sure that the location of our TV on the wall was where we wanted. They set the TV up and kept the work area cleaned. All of our questions were also answered. Great job guys.

Thank you for installing my new 65" tv . Y'all were quick and accurate . Old tv and packaging were removed , and area cleaned up .

Christophor had the tv up and running, cable too, real fast! (he got my bedroom tv up too!) At all times he checked back with me to see if I was understanding what was happening!

This would have been difficult for me to set up, as it involved getting some connections on a ladder. They did this with ease.

I decided to have best buy install my 65" Sony TV because I live alone & could not lift a large TV. I would have given 5 stars except that the tech was by himself & I had to help him remove my old 95LB 60" TV. He said he could drag it out to his truck but I could not let him possibly hurt his back. We managed OK & all went well.

They installed my LG 65 TV and explained everything what I need. Good customer service and very helpful. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Job well done!

The technician was thorough, accommodating and personable. He had 2 TVs unpacked, up and running quick as a wink. Give him a raise!

The Tech arrived on time. Very polite . Quickly set TV up and Running. Very thorough in explaining on how to work the TV. Cleaned up the packaging and removed the packaging and TV.
