I had a non Bluetooth Smart TV. I was advised what components to order, received them and called GS and villa, stereo HPs hooked up in less than an hr. They are a bit expensive but I prefer safe than sorry. That are the Best, at Best Buy! Smart group.

The work was done fast and good. The installers showed up on time and had masks on. The were vey polite and clean They cleaned up all the boxes and took them with them I would use them again

This came included with my new TV and total protection, so I figured it couldn't hurt to have someone here to help me get the TV setup. I'm glad I did.

They came for a TV/receiver setup. Then had 2 other teams return for minor issues. Each set were professional.

The Geek Squad were well organized and did a great and expeditious job in getting my new Samsung TV up and running. They took the time to show me the features of the appliance and how to operate it.

Worked well with internet provider to set up TV/Audio in an enclosed cabinet efficiently and with no disruption in the esthetics of the furniture. Showed up in the expected time frame, very professional and personal in working in our home.

The Geek team installed & set up TV quickly and gave me a few tips to find 4K viewing. He suggested starting/ending viewing on Spectrum remote but not why. He did not show how to "Stop" movies or DVR recordings (neither the Samsung or Spectrum remotes had a "stop" button, just a pause or play), Worse he did not connect TV or cable correctly to the expensive surge protector which is supposed to neutralize variations in electrical & cable input. A Geek follow up visit corrected these & resolved some other concerns.

The Geek Squad took their time setting up the television and peripherals!! They even explained the settings and demonstrated them!

The agents mounted my tv & suggested some add ons. I have wireless sound & it wouldn't work on the new TV. They suggested a device, that they hooked up. However, I am having some static with it.

As senior citizens, we really need help installing anything, so we had the Geek Squad do the job for us. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They made sure we understood how to work the TV and its features before they left.

My poor team had to come to my house 3 different times because I kept getting broken TVs shipped to me. 3rd time was a charm though. They hooked up my TV, sound system and a few apps on my new LG 65UJ7700. Highly recommend using their service.

Everything works great except there are sometimes issues turning the TV on. Color is fabulous and black anf white are perfect.
