My technician was great! He reconnected my tv, sound system and other items and made sure everything was working properly.

Did an excellent job, was customer friendly, and on time. We highly recommend the Geek Squad at the Hilton Head Island store.

Bought the 55" oled A1E with the logitech harmony elite remote, could not get them to work together, after 3 visits the store replaced with the new Sony A8F because of the problems and it is a way step above the old version.

There was a late install & Geek Squad promised 10% back for the long delay of delivery. I thank you for good customer service

I have used the Geek Squad before, but I had totally different results. The 1st time, they were slow and didn't seem to know what they were doing. This time, 1 person showed up and had my new TV up and running in about 15 minutes.

These boys were great! Had our 77" TV set up in less than and hour. Had our remotes synchronized in a few min. and showed us all about the new bells and whistles on our TV. Thanks Geek Squad!

Carefully installed the stereo receiver and the remote. He checked out all of the connected devices. Made sure everything worked OK. Explained everything to us. Later I found that the remote will not access the Smart tv system. Also my other LG TV no longer works and I wonder if the new setup had an effect on it.

Having geek squad come in was well worth the price. They came in and did not leave until everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Upon completion you would never know they were here

This is not intended to be a complaint. The representative did nothing as there was nothing he could do with the apparatus that I have. It wasn’t designed to do what I had in mind.

Set up went fine. Had problem connecting the cable and moving TV to different location - would not fit in cabinet space for old TV. Was not given the TV manual booklet.

The guys were very efficient & quickly installed & set up the TV, & provided good info on how to use remotes. Only issue was that I wasn’t called the day before to narrow the arrival window. Seems like it was probably the scheduler’s mistake.

TV works. Asked him to connect a new just-out-of-the-box Samsung DVD player and he said he couldn't get it to work so he unplugged the DVD player. The DVD player was bought 3 years before the installation, but it was safely stored in the original box and was unopened until the installation. Not sure he knew how to troubleshoot. Either I bought a defective Samsung DVD player from Best Buy, or the installer didn't know enough about DVD player hookups.

Agents had re-connected Dish Network in a very short time. Can always depend on the Geek Squad to get the job done.

Geek Squad is great! Also the communication via email, text, phone was wonderful.

Because of the newer tv was unable to connect Wii and would need to get some kind of converter

Jared, the installer, took time to make sure the TV, soundbar, and remote-control units were user "friendly" for ease of use by the purchaser.

Installation by team went smoothly…both installers were knowledgeable,worked quickly, & cleaned up taking packaging w them…very pleased w whole process

The agent was awesome. I called on Thursday and Friday they came and repaired my tv.
